First of all, the home is beautiful! Great location in a quiet neighborhood. The host was great at communicating and is even mailing two things I forgot to pack back to me! When we arrived we found chocolate and a bottle of wine greeting us in the fridge! We had a wonderful week!

The home was absolutely beautiful! It was very well stocked with everything we needed. We had 8 people and had plenty of inside and outside room to relax. The location was great. It is close enough to downtown to walk. Paul, our host, was very attentive and answered all of our questions very quickly. I would highly recommend this lovely “Cottage over the Bridge”!

This property made my dad's 82nd birthday celebration extremely special for our family. Not only was the home and its decor spacious and stunning (exceeding the lovely pictures online), the hosts and property manager were incredibly accommodating. The location could not have been better, as it is right between the beach and historic downtown St. Augustine. It was one of our favorite stays ever. :)

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, spacious, and had so many amenities and extra supplies that made our trip easy and comfortable. The beds were very cozy, and the location was perfect—close to downtown but still quiet and relaxing. The hosts were professional and kind, even when my daughter accidentally broke a lamp. Everything was handled smoothly and with understanding. We would absolutely love to come back and stay again if they’ll have us!

Wow! This home was beautiful and comfy! Best sleeping beds our adult family has ever slept on. We all joked that we were getting new mattresses when we got home. Quiet neighborhood.
