Nous sommes situĂ©s Ă  proximitĂ© de toutes les principales attractions. Nous sommes Ă  seulement 5 minutes du Walt Disney World Resort et Ă  environ 15 minutes des studios Universal et de Sea World. Cette maison comprend une cuisine complĂšte, garage 2 voitures, piscine chauffĂ©e exposition sud, laveuse / sĂ©cheuse, tĂ©lĂ©viseurs dans chaque chambre. TV et lecteur DVD dans le salon. Il y a une table multi-jeux qui comprend le baby-foot, la piscine, le tennis de table, le hockey sur air, le jeu de palets, le bowling, le backgammon, les Ă©checs et les dames. Il y a aussi un jeu de flĂ©chettes, une table de ping-pong et une console Playstation1 avec des jeux. Il y a une aire de jeux pour enfants et des quais de pĂȘche Ă  quelques mĂštres de la porte d'entrĂ©e. Un parc / berceau portable et une chaise haute sont disponibles pour votre commoditĂ©.

Stay in Sunset Lakes

I have always loved this neighborhood. Disappointed that one of the gates is damaged so that felt a little less secure. Of course, that is not the property owner's responsibility, but maybe that will be fixed next year. Property owner was awesome - very responsive. House is laid out well and neighborhood is quiet. Would stay here again for sure!

Excellent house

A fantastic property in a lovely, quiet area with a beautiful view across the lake. The house was comfortable and clean, plenty of space and very well equipped (including a plug-in power pack!). We’ve stayed in many houses in the area and this was one of the best. Highly recommended. Thank you so much for everything

Close to everything

Great neighborhood, close to everything, including family. Home was clean, and our grandkids loved the pool. Any problems we had, the host was very prompt in answering our e-mails and made sure our questions were answered promptly. Would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at the lake view house. Felt safe and secure in the area. Really enjoyed the view from the south facing pool with sun all day long. Overall rating of home would be much better if there was more tlc taken in the care of the property. Many of the lanai screens need repair or replacement. Lawn weeds were allowed to grow and went to seed while we were there and seeds would blow into the lanai and pool through the openings in the screens. A net should be provided as well to skim the surface of the pool. The vertical blinds are in rough shape and are difficult to open and close. We had to purchase dish cloths as there was nothing provided to wash dishes. Cleaning supplies were not provided. We like to care for places we stay at as if they were our own, but when the place is not well cared for is discouraging.

A great stay at Sunset Lakes

A very nice villa in a beautiful lakeside setting. The villa has all the amenities you will need for a great stay. The location is second to none, you cannot find a better location for a Disney holiday.

Wonderful time

We had a great time staying in this house. It is so close to everything, we were able to do all the activities that we had planned. My only complaint is that the house could use a good deep clean. It was clean, but there are some surfaces that you could tell haven’t been touched or wiped in a while. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Nice place close to the parks

Had a great visit only downside was the shower in the guest bathroom did not drain well at all. Otherwise we had a blast and the place was really nice including the neighbors.

We loved this house. It was in a perfect location with a scenic view of a small lake. IT was quiet, well stocked and the property managers were easily reached and very helpful and personable. The pool was perfect! Having said that, we did encounter two problems that we took care of ourselves. First, the garage was extremely dusty, especially along the edge of the walls but also under the ping pong table and foosball table. We spent about 30 minutes sweeping it out. Second, there were hundreds of ants crawling on the pool deck. We asked Gordon to spray, which he did. This did not get rid of most of the ants so we spent a couple of hours pouring boiling water wherever we saw the ants. I also hosed down the entire deck and all of the patio furniture (several of the cushions were disgustingly dirty underneath).

Best House Yet

We have rented many properties over the last 5 years...multiple houses per year...and this home was by far the best. It was clean, the owner was very responsive and the property managers were helpful when we needed them. The kitchen was the most well stocked. I bring a tote of basic cooking essentials with me every time we rent a home, as 9 times out of 10 the houses don't have what I need. I could have left my tote at home! While the appliances are dated and the dishwasher doesn't hold near enough, they are just fine for a two week vacation. Renting a house is always better than a tiny hotel room, even taking into account that you need to pick up toilet paper etc. This is just normal. The beds that we used were very comfortable. I didn't wake up with a sore back once...until I got home and slept on my own mattress! Sunset Lakes is a quiet neighborhood and has the extra security of a coded gate. We will hopefully have the opportunity to rent this home again and will be sure to tell others about it. I highly recommend. Thank you Helen for allowing us to stay in your home. We enjoyed our stay.

Wow, fantastic holiday home!

We had such a wonderful time in this holiday home. We booked it quite late and without doing much research into the area as not many homes were left so we were unsure what to expect. We were so lucky to secure this little beauty! It was situated around a very picturesque lake and the sun shone in the garden for hours. The house itself was a perfect size and the location was very close to the 192. We will definitely be staying in this villa in the near future. Thank you for having us.

Close to Everything

We really like staying at this house. The house is clean. Nice to have the view of the pond beyond our pool. My husband and grands like the fishing. Things get updated. The only issue is getting the pool warm before we get there.
