Awesome vacation spot!

Loved our stay at the house , everything was so clean and well organized ,, great location with a short little walk to the beach and the golf cart came in handy for carrying our beach chairs ! The pool and hot tub were a lovely addition . Will definitely stay here again !

We took a family vacation at Nag's Head. Great place to stay! Lots of room, great kitchen, great location, easy beach access. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. The elevator was much appreciated by us senior citizens! Highly recommend!

Great for larege family

The home was perfect. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were 17 of us and we had plenty of room to be together and to spread out. We especially loved the upstairs nook and window bench. Beds were comfortable and water pressure was good. Lots of hot water too. The pool and hottub were really nice. We enjoyed the golf cart, it made hauling all our chairs and bags to the beach easier - although the walk was only about 300 feet. Grill worked great too. The only thing i didnt care for was that the floors got dirty easily and i wish there was a mop. Helpful hints: we purchased some dish towls because there were only two (dollar tree is close). Also, they privide one bath towl per person and they aren't very big so you may want to bring a few extras. Make sure all the kiddos wear shoes to the beach....the sand is hot. They rode on the golf cart and we didnt catch it. Cookies and Cream is close by and we highly recommend them!

Highly recommend this house!

Can’t say enough great things about this rental property. House is as advertised online. Clean, very well organized and super spacious. 16 people and nobody was on top of each other. Pool and hot tub well maintained and clean. Pool company came mid week to check and clean again. Access to beach was almost directly across the street. It was nice to take the golf cart out for a couple of quick trips. Communication with the host was outstanding!! Took care of anything we asked almost immediately. I highly recommend this rental for a large family or friend’s vacation! We had an amazing week for our first trip to the Outer Banks😎. Thank you!!

Amazing house

Amazing Beach House for our Family Reunion

This house has it ALL! Great location close to the beach and beach access, a 6 person golf cart, swimming pool, hot tub, giant kitchen and dining/living spaces, 2 dishwashers, 2 fridges, 2 washer/dryers and an elevator! Beautifully updated with lots of space for our 15. The bedrooms were perfect and there were plenty of bathrooms (9!). We stayed a week for our mother's 80th birthday (thank you elevator and golf cart!) and it was absolutely perfect. We travel a lot and this was by far one of the best places we have ever stayed:) Highly recommend....it is close to everything as well!

We love this place!

This house was amazing for our large family getaway. The living spaces provided a perfect place for us to all gather for meals, games, laughter, and memories that will last a lifetime! There was more than enough space to provide privacy and comfort for sleeping and getting ready. The location of this house was ideal for all the things we wanted to do and places we enjoyed eating. The golf cart and beach chairs were an added bonus that made getting to the beach a breeze. The views from the house were stunning!

It’s tough to find a good OBX rental that sleeps 16, but we did. This is a great property with almost everything you need to entertain a large family, even when the weather was cold and windy!

Family gathered for an early Christmas together. The house is excellent with plenty of bedrooms and baths and space to relax and play. One thing that impressed us all was that EVERYTHING is labeled
all the kitchen drawers and cabinets! With what is suppose to be in them along with a picture! All light switches
just everything. Made it so easy to know what to do! Excellent location and fairly close to everything you might need. Would rent again in a heartbeat!!

Huge, very clean

Our family stayed over Christmas and we loved how big the home is and how almost every bedroom had its own attached bathroom. Location can’t be beat!! Across the street from the grocery store and a Mexican restaurant almost right next door! The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, casserole and baking items, and serving ware. It even had a waffle maker which came in handy!! We would highly recommend Cape Ann for any gathering especially if cooking is on the agenda! The only thing I would suggest is adding hand soaps in each bathroom and maybe some basic spices in the kitchen. Small note otherwise perfect beach house!!
