The kitchen was well stocked and clean, just missing a can opener. Beds were comfy, plenty of places for games, puzzles and movie watching. The pool and hot tub were serviced mid week too. Helpful text reminders about garbage pick up. The VRBO listing took us to a realtor, which was confusing at booking and making payments.

Great location

We loved this location. So close to stores and Jockey’s Ridge, yet fewer houses in area so the beach is quiet and so peaceful. The best feature of house is having so many master bedrooms. Our family of 16 was comfortable and loved our time in house hanging out and the beautiful beach ciews

Family vacation

Very nice property and it’s a great location. Many family friendly activities nearby and many bars and restaurants too. I was a little disappointed that we could not get it a half hour before check in. I’ve stayed at many other rentals and it’s never been a problem when it’s less than an hour.it seems kind of petty.

Excellent Christmas Stay

We had a last minute change in holiday plans due to our 89 year old mother not being able to travel. Was able to seamlessly book this beautiful, spacious property with amazing beach views! The house had so much that made our stay special -- a chef like kitchen full of amenities, fun game room for the teens, elevator, extra large great room and much more. They even had toys for small kids, puzzles and plenty of board games! Sat outside in the mornings /evenings on the deck watching the sunrise and sunset. Doesn't get any better! Having 7-11 and brew thru across the street was a big bonus. Programming some of the TV remotes were a challenge but we figured it out eventually. Would highly recommend and definitely book again.

The house is well equipped and spaciousWhen we arrived at 4 pm the pool/ hot tub had not been cleaned. Lists of sand in bothThe pool deck was littered with trash and left over shells , chairs and tent and lots of sand from previous rentersThe hot tub did not work and Did not get fixed until TuesdayThe large sliding glass windows were filthyThe air filters were absolutely filthyPool was cleaned Sat evening. Nothing else was done until Monday and Tuesday. We lost 2 days of beach waiting around for workersWe asked for a reasonable refund and only got 500

We apologize for the poor performance of the pool and hot tub vendor on this property which caused so much angst during your stay. This is not the norm with our properties. We have advised the owner about this situation so they can properly evaluate the care of the pool and hot tub.

Great location

Positives - great location, comfortable furniture, accurate description and beautiful house Negatives - cleaning was so so. Sand was on one of the bed sheets and in most of bedrooms. Pool was not covered and half full. We only had enough hot water to take 2 showers at a time even with 2 hot water heaters (although they did send a plumber problem was not fixed)

fantastic house and convenient location

The house came as advertised. Great location with many amenities nearby. There's a park a mile up the road if you are bringing kids and want a little time away from the beach. The kitchen was well stocked for a rental house and the stand alone ice maker on the first floor was something you don't usually have in a beach house. Beds were comfortable and the place has really been kept in good shape.

Great experience

Really enjoyed our stay!! Everything was very clean had no complaints from any of guys staying there. Had one shower drain clog, texted the office and it was taken care of within an hour!! Highly recommend this property!!

Really Nice Place to Stay.

We had a really great mini vacation with only a few issues. The floors were vacuumed well but could have used a mopping, the cook-top in the kitchen was slow to heat up and the driveway pavers needed sand to fill the voids which in some spots were very difficult to walk on. All in all, it was a nice house and we would stay there again. Thanks, R Nuckoles
