"Desert Blossom"- Exceptionally Relaxing Vacation Destination!

This exceptionally, spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is a great vacation retreat spot for family and friends to gather. Warm, welcoming tones and 12 foot ceilings throughout the condo help provide a relaxing, enjoyable stay.

Roomy open concept family room/kitchen living space which has double access to a large outdoor deck with a 2nd floor view. The family room contains a 75 inch Smart TV and plenty of seating to accommodate your guests. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities of home including a new gas stove, microwave and refrigerator. Infant/toddler high chair is available.
Private outdoor deck spans across the entire condo with 2 patio tables and seating for 12.

Master bedroom contains a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, walk in closet and access to the outdoor deck. Bedroom #2 includes 2 sets of bunk beds. Pack-n-play crib is included. Blackout curtains have been added to this room for those kiddos who might need an earlier bedtime. Bedroom #3 offers a Queen size bed with pocket door access to the main bathroom that adjoins it. Bedrooms include phone charging stations and Smart TV's.

The condo is equipped with a new washer and dryer to use at your convenience. The front hall closet is full of games for your family, swimming towels/toys for the pool and a Pickleball set.

Las Palmas Resort includes many amenities for your family to enjoy. This condo has full access to Green Valley Clubhouse, an indoor and 3 outdoor pools with adjoining hot tubs, tennis, work-out room, pickleball, miniature golf and basketball.

There is plenty to do in the spectacular St. George area. Year round golf with 11 courses nearby, four are championship courses. Outlet mall shopping, restaurants, hiking, biking, four wheeling, dirt biking, all within minutes of the condo. Next door is the Green Valley Spa which has full spa services for those who wish to be pampered. Quail Creek Reservoir is just 15 minutes away and offers great boating as well as a free public area for swimming and enjoying the beautiful scenery. National Parks within a day’s drive include Zion, Bryce and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon.

This property was amazing. The condo was beautiful and the resort was perfect for our family, with multiple swimming pools and a rec center. Everything that we may have needed was provided, from extra bedding to towels for the pool to games for the family. The beds were extremely comfortable The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. The deck was huge and we enjoyed outdoor dining. We were wonderfully impressed with this property and will definitely stay here again.

Condo was clean, spacious, and as pictured in the listing. Owners were responsive. The amenities of the condo complex were very nice. Our daughters enjoyed the pools and our son utilized the gym areas. The condo owners provided beach towels & pool noodles, which we greatly appreciated! Having use of the gas grill was wonderful as well! The only downfall was the condition of family pool area. It was a bit run down and a lot of the lounge chairs were broken, but there were other pools to enjoy. Overall, it was a wonderful property and I would stay here again!

Clean clean clean

We loved our stay in Utah! Staying here made the trip even better. The living space was nice and big, all rooms had enough bedding, and it had plenty of towels. Lots of games for our family to have game night every night :) location was perfect we were very close to lots of stores, shops and markets. Just a little Google map and boom we were there! The property has plenty of pools to enjoy, a fitness center and an elevator since it’s on the second floor. Check in was made easy peasy and anytime I had a question or concern the owner was available for us immediately. Thank you for a wonderful stay:)

The condo was in great shape with updated appliances in a space that is well kept. We love the las palmas resort with all it's amenities. The only down side is it is a little bit of a walk for young kids to get to the pool with the slide, but overall not bad at all! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying here in the future.

They thought of everything

I'm always worried about staying in a VRBO because I'm not sure how well stocked the kitchen is or if there are items for babies, but this place thought of everything! There was even a little mattress to go inside the pack n play. The kid dishes were excellent, and we enjoyed using the highchair that connected to the table. Loved the little stool the kids could use for reaching the bathroom sink. There were even toys to play with in the pool. The kitchen was very well stocked with nice dishes and pots and pans and a griddle for pancakes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Zion/Bryce Canyon Spring Break

We traveled with our daughter and her fiancé for spring break. This property was just perfect for our National Park trip. The unit was clean, well appointed, and super comfortable. We loved having a washer and dryer as we hiked every day and needed to wash our hiking clothes. The property is very quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. This unit was a perfect location for enjoying Zion and Bryce Canyon as well as multiple beautiful parks around St.George.

Perfect Getaway

This is a nice and spacious unit and doesn’t lack for anything. Enjoyed the sunrise every morning from the large deck. Kids had fun in the pools, hot tubs, and pickleball/basketball courts. We were relieved there was an elevator to haul our stuff up. Owners were very accommodating and when there was a little hiccup getting in they went above and beyond to resolve it.

Desert Bloom

We loved staying here. There were games and activities for all the different age groups. From serious chess to uno and connect four and many others. There was a variety of pool toys for the children to use. The beds were comfy and the view was awesome. We loved the time we spent there as a family

Home Away From Home

Desert Blossom is a beautiful condo. Spacious deck with a bbq and seating in the sun and shade. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. The location was close to the Dixie Center, where we spent a lot of time
