Discover adventure in sunny Southern Utah! This spacious home is the perfect getaway, centrally located for all the best Southern Utah attractions, including Zion National Park, Snow Canyon State Park, Quail Creek State Park, Sand Hollow State Park, Tuacahn Amphitheatre, Coral Canyon Golf Course, and minutes from the shopping and restaurants in St. George. Right around the corner from the home, you’ll have access to the clubhouse amenities, including two heated pools, hot tubs, and ping pong.

You will have full access to our home. Note that we have a video doorbell, which will be on during your stay.

Yes. We didn’t cook in the kitchen, only used the fridge. But was grateful to have it if we needed it. Peaceful area for the kids to play. Beautiful and peaceful duck pond. The home was clean and perfectly decorated. My son, his wife and 2 kids ( 5 and 7) had the 2nd floor, and the kids enjoyed it. The kids especially enjoyed the pac man game. We couldn’t figure out the pin ball. I had the bedroom on the first floor. Your home made us feel like home, away from home. We had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you very much.

Perfect for a family

Rock Solid Stay

The house was exactly as depicted,clean, and had an helpful binder regarding the surrounding area. Well-stocked Kitchen and all the appliances were working properly. Only issue in that the bunk beds were a little bit shaky and a bit too small for anyone over 6 feet tall.

Wonderful accommodations for the four of us to visit Zion National Park. Short 35 minute drive to main Zion location and only 30 minutes to Kolob Canyon up north. Near many other hiking opportunities in the St. George area. Well appointed unit with plenty of bedding and would easily accommodate a family of 8-10. Nice pool area although we didn't use it since we were hitting all the trails the National Parks and hiking trails the area had to offer. Walmart and Costco just down the road. In N Out Burger very close, too. One of the best VRBOs we've stayed in over the years. Cameron and Kaylynn were terrific hosts and left clear instructions for any questions we had. Highly recommend this unit for a stay in this area, especially if you have young kids. Thank you Cameron and KayLynn!

Clean

Staying in the home was easy and pleasant. It is exactly as the listing shows, plenty of space for a family. Probably the cleanest listing we have stayed at in a while! The managers are easy to contact and resolved one small issue very quickly. The only thing that could be improved upon was the comfort of the beds, we stayed a week and after several nights in those beds we were very ready to return home to our own bed. An additional pillow top would resolve that issue easily as they are springy beds but are firm. Quiet neighborhood and the heated pool was excellent, we still used it one day while it was cold and rainy and the pool was so warm the weather didn’t bother us. Would stay again!

Great Property

This was a great property, lots of room for us to relax and loved playing the retro-video game console and pinball machine. The pool was heated nicely so we were able to use both the pools and hot tubs in the cold. This house we stocked well with everything we needed.

Great place for kids and teenagers

We came down for my son's band competition. We wanted a place for kids and teenagers. This was perfect. They had video games, personal T.V.'s and space for the whole family. I personally enjoyed the bed because you could change how soft or firm you want the mattress. The home was decorated nicely and the neighborhood was quiet. We wish we had time to swim but it got too late for us and it was chilly the day we had time to swim. I would definitely rent this home again when we come down again.

Southwest sights

We had a great long weekend in southwest Utah seeing all the sites the condo location and and amenities made it a perfect base for exploration.

Great place

We loved the place, only thing we didn’t realize there is no room in the driveway for a boat that we brought for our trip, the picture appeared like it would fit it, but did not, and there is no trailer parking allowed in the community. Besides that it was very clean and nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Home

We had a wonderful time staying at this home. Had everything we needed and more. Super clean, lots of nice extras (gaming system, pinball machine, swimming pool). We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to St George
