The home is very spacious and has been upgraded for comfort, and the furnishings will make you feel right at home. Imagine walking to the boardwalk each morning. At night, have dinner at a great restaurant on Baltimore Avenue and then sip beverages in the private and quiet backyard. All bedrooms and bathrooms have been updated for comfort and convenience as of 2023 including new paint and furnishings (new bed frames, headboards, dressers, lighting, rugs, towel bars, and vanities). On top of that, a new, heated pool was installed in October 2023.

Things to Know
The pool is open March 1 to December 1 of each year, and pool heat can be purchased for an additional fee.
This home is not equipped with cable. Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).
Linens are provided as part of your vacation rental and the beds are made to prepare for your arrival.
The fireplace is disabled and not for guest use.
Dogs must be crated when left alone in the home.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 125 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
