New and completely renovated modern 3 bedroom home located in Downtown Mystic (0.4 mile walk) steps from all the local restaurants and attractions. 2 of the bedrooms have queen beds, 1 has 2 full beds. There is a pull out couch in the lower level. Beautiful kitchen with custom finishes opens into large living/dining area. Style, comfort, central heat and cooling, WiFi, Smart TV, fire pit and laundry. This home is perfect for a quick weekend or a month stay. Offers plenty of parking.

Great all around stay

We loved our stay here and it was very accommodating for our 98 year old grandfather and a baby. We loved that we could walk to town to enjoy all the restaurants and local places. Ian was great to communicate with and was very helpful throughout our stay.

Perfect getaway!

We booked our trip to Mystic in hopes of finding a cute place to visit outside on NYC, and everything about our stay was perfect! The house was absolutely adorable and very well appointed. We easily found everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and there was plenty of room for the whole family.

Cute and comfortable in a great location

This house was perfect for a girls trip to the area. Everything was super clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable even the pull out couch was super cozy. The location is a quick walk to popular restaurants and shopping in Mystic and also close by to other nearby attractions like the casinos, vineyards and Rhode Island Beaches. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

We had a great time in Mystic in this beautiful and comfortable spacious home. Everything we needed, close to downtown. It was too cold to enjoy the outdoor space, but we will be back. Host was very communicative and available if we needed anything.

Perfect Stay in Mystic

The finishes were beautifully done. Bedrooms were spacious. My bed was so comfortable! Amazing location......we walked into downtown Mystic every night.....just a few short blocks. Looking forward to staying there again! Highly recommend

Overall all we enjoyed our stay. Pros: perfect location for us, newer appliances, comfortable beds, adequate parking, quiet neighbors, very clean houseWe felt a few things could improve. Cons: warm on upper level and no fans for circulation; upper shower is quite small so our family used the main floor shower; basic kitchen supplies need replenishing: Saran Wrap, foil, sugar

I’m sorry to hear some of the comments noticed, we work really hard to make sure the house is comfortable and meets guest expectations. I had messaged during the stay to check but didn’t hear back. The house does have a full HVAC system that controls the temperature upstairs as well as downstairs. We also do our best to fully represent everything in our detailed pictures so guests have sense of the full amenities.

60th birthday celebration

This house was perfect for our celebration for our girlfriend Mary 60th birthday. It was clean. It was so close to town so we were able to walk into Mystic. We would definitely come here again. It was very clean and pretty just like the pictures.

Stunning home in incredible location!

My husband and I stayed here over our wedding weekend and it was better than we even expected! The beds were so comfortable and the house was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. Ian was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. Easy to walk to fun spots like the Engine Room! This house just checks all the boxes for a relaxing stay in Mystic. I already want to come back!
