Open kitchen, dining and living space which then opens up to the deck and outdoors.
There are two tables one inside and one outside for the whole family to sit down and enjoy a meal together.
New Kitchen with dishwasher, stainless steel appliances. Keureg coffee maker, toaster oven.

Living room with Fire place.
There’s a second sitting room, Both rooms have their own TV’s .
The house is equipped with smart flat screen TV's, Wifi, indoor/outdoor Sonos sound system.
LAUNDRY ROOM with washing machine and dryer
Also on the first floor there is a full bathroom with shower.
Free parking, driveway all for yourself

A slice of paradise! Look no further, Barabra's home has it all. It was the perfect location for our girls' weekend trip in the North Fork, minutes away from wineries, beaches, restaurants, and farmstands. Everything was seamless from booking to check-out. The backyard is even more stunning in person - you won't want to leave!

Great house with amazing pool

Our stay was amazing! The house was absolutely beautiful—very clean and modern inside. And the outdoor space was incredible. There was a great entertaining area, the pool itself was very well maintained, and there was so much space for our family to spread out. The host, Barbara, responded right away whenever we had a question and was so helpful. The house was also on a gorgeous quiet road but centrally located (a five-minute drive to great restaurants, farms, and activities for kids in all directions). We love the North Fork and this was a true gem of a stay. We would love to come back next summer!

Paradise on the North Fork

This house was an absolute dream. Gorgeous backyard with a pool, grill, outdoor tv, everything you need/want. Inside was beautifully furnished and decorated. So clean. The location cannot be beat. Close to every vineyard and amazing restaurants. Highly recommend!

Nailed It

I nailed this booking. Perfectly located between multiple golf courses and Greenport, NY. Plenty of room for a large group. And the backyard set up is a dream come true. Look No Further.

Absolutely amazing!! Better than expected

10 of us stayed at this house during LDW and had the most incredible experience. The pictures do not do the house justice- it was even better than we anticipated. Beyond gorgeous, so clean, huge, and the backyard will leave you speechless. We cannot recommend it enough. The only downside was the bedrooms upstairs were warm. Thank you to our amazing hosts!!!! We will be back.

Absolutely Wonderful!

We had a group of 10 in the house and it literally felt like we were staying at a resort. The backyard patio is 100% true to pictures (as is the rest of the house) and absolutely incredible. The amount of space and the amenities this house offers is truly unmatched and we can't wait to return. The property is private and the owner was very responsive when we needed something. The house was clean and well maintained. I also booked it for the location but once we were there, we had no desire to go anywhere else - it was wonderful. A few items to note, there is no kitchen pantry (we found plenty of storage in the large TV cabinet in the next room), the pots and pan inventory, esp. for cooking for a larger crowd, wasn't great but we appreciated and used what was there, and the upstairs bedrooms - aside from the master - did get pretty hot so I'd recommend bringing fans. All very minor things and I promise you'll have no regrets booking this property!
