Great Location

The condo is located in a perfect area, with plenty of local restaurants, grocery, and coffee shops. Super clean and has a fun rooftop pool with great mountain and sea views. I definitely will stay again!

Beautiful place

Loved the place. Very modern and great view of the city. Pictures don’t do the justice. Highly recommend the place. Will be staying here in my next visit.

Getting to know PV

Loved the neighbourhood, close to everything. Condo was very clean and had all that we needed.

Versalles is a special neighborhood with so many great little cafes and restaurants while not feeling touristy. Guests are really enjoying the wrap around terrace perched in the Palm Tree tops with wonderful views. Glad you enjoyed how clean we keep the space.

Birthday get away

Great location we walked everywhere. Felt very safe in neighborhood. Got to enjoy many local eateries. Only downside is that your in a neighborhood and someone had a party on Saturday and was very loud until about 3:30 and this was not on the condo property that we stayed at. Other then that we loved it and would definitely stay there again.

Excellent

The property is gorgeous, immediate response from the owner. We would of bought this property in a heartbeat. Safe, spotless, easy to walk around, close to Costco, La Comer, bus, restaurants. The best VRBO we have stayed at, and we have stayed at a lot of properties.

Bren's Place

Was very happy with the condo. It was in great shape and very clean. Neighborhood was quiet, except for the construction going on across the street, but got used to that and they quit around 5 pm. Was very pleased also that everything we needed was very close. There were many very good restaurants in the area, which gave us many choices. I would definitely stay here again if the need arises. Great neighborhood in Versalles!

We enjoyed our stay in this new condo, the neighborhood is great with wonderful restaurants and a quick walk to La Comer (like a Whole Foods) and Costco. The condo is nicely furnished, with two king bedrooms and two baths. The kitchen is completely furnished with everything you need to cook a meal. Large TVs in LR and both BR. It was very hot our first week and the A/C worked great. Good internet. The only issue and why we're giving only four stars was the pool area, we are not beach people. We love to lounge and swim. The pool here is ice cold - not heated and not even lukewarm. There are only four lounge chairs and they are very hard, with no pads on the chairs. The pool area is not user-friendly. She does supply beach chairs and equipment for the beach if that's your preference. Bren the host, was very responsive to the one issue we had.

Nice condo

We had a couple of hiccups regarding door codes and such but Bren responds very quickly and everything went OK from then on. The condo is very clean with a lot of really nice extra touches , like paper towels, coffee pods, dish soap and other little things one would expect to have to purchase. The washer worked a little differently than a US washer does, in that one must manually fill it half way. There’s some monitoring involved so you can’t just set it and forget it. The safe was locked on our arrival. It wasn’t a big deal to us, as we felt very safe. But if it is to you, you may want to check on that. The neighborhood is very nice , we loved it. You’re surrounded by a ton of little local restaurants and bars and everything one could want , to have a great time. Our favorite restaurant in the area was Barrio Bistro. All in all, we had a nice time
