8-Bedroom Mountain Estate Near Snowbasin Ski Resort

This home sits on 2 acres with a million dollar mountain view. This is property is ideal for reunions and retreats. It has a Bullfrog hot tub, massive theater room and a game room with arcades, ping pong, basketball, billiards. We also have a sand volleyball court, pickleball court, and a fire pit.

We allow up to 30 guests. (We have 7 queens and 12 bunk beds, three spare mattresses, and a pack 'n play). We are 20 min from Snowbasin Resort and 40 minutes from SLC Airport.

We love family reunions and business retreats! We allow small weddings and other events for an $1,800 event fee. The event fee also includes access to the massive 2600-sq ft event building with a built-in sound and synchronized sound systems. The fee also gives you access to our tables and chairs for up to 100 people.

This house was perfect for our large group - both in terms of bedrooms/bathrooms and overall living space. The backyard/outdoor areas were an added bonus - the views were spectacular, surrounded by the mountains. All of the amenities were exactly as advertised and it was an easy drive to either SLC or Park City. Excellent communication from the host made everything easy traveling out from the east coast as well.

The most beautiful property for our wedding. They had everything you may need for a gathering of any kind. Multiple areas to hang out to ensure it was never crowded. The event space had a beautiful setup and great sound system and lights. The backdrop of the mountains provided stunning views at every hour of the day. Close to many amenities but far enough away to feel like a get-away. The host was the most gracious throughout the entire process. Would wholeheartedly return again.

Robert was an excellent communicator. He replied quickly and even stopped by day-of, within hours, to fix a tub that wasn’t draining. The property was a fun place to be for a big girl’s youth group, with lots to do between sand volleyball, pool, the movie room, etc.The home was clean and everything was in great working order. Checkout was easy and smooth.

Used this for our offsite youth volleyball team bonding event and it was the perfect space! Even in November, the weather was fantastic and we loved being able to use the open space on the property for events and spreading out to eat. Such a beautiful place, definitely will book again!

What a beautiful home with everything you need. We had our family stay here (big age range of people) and there was something for everyone! The fact that that my mom, who is in a wheelchair, didnt have to go up any steps to get into the home was huge. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!
