Your vacation rental is a designer decorated first floor condo located in the Coral Falls neighborhood of Lely Resort just minutes from 2 world class neighborhood public golf courses (Flamingo and Mustang) and 15 minutes from either Marco Island beaches or Naples beaches. As you step into the two bedroom, two bathroom condo backing onto a peaceful nature preserve take a deep breath and relax.
The condo has been extensively remodeled in the spring of 2022. Freshly painted with all new trimwork, tile flooring, fixtures, new bathroom vanities with quartz counters, custom tile work, custom shutters, furniture, stainless steel appliances, and quartz counters and new cabinet fronts in the kitchen.
The main bedroom of the condo includes a King bed with an en suite bathroom and large walk in closet and smart tv with cable. The bedroom is full of natural light with lanai access.
The second/guest bedroom includes 2 twin beds and a smart tv; perfect for your overnight guests ! The second full sized bathroom includes a shower and tub combo. Additional living spaces include the well appointed and clean kitchen with multiple dining areas including a 6 top dining set, 4 bar stools at the counter height kitchen counter and an outside seating area and bistro set under the covered and screened lanai! The condo also includes a stackable washer and dryer set for your full use during your stay.
The screened lanai has comfy chairs and a bistro set. It has views out to the nature preserve and grassy lawn, where to the south you will find the community pool area, tiki huts for outdoor dining, and community BBQ grills. The pool area has a beautiful waterfall, chaise lounges for sunning, and a hot tub for soaking and enjoying the fresh Florida air and wooded preserve views that surround the complex. There is a screened room with seating for about 15 available for use in the pool area. Access to the pool area is by key.
Located in Lely Resort, halfway between Naples and Marco Island, Coral Falls is walking distance to Starbucks and many other shopping and dining options along "Restaurant Row" and in the Freedom Square shopping center (located at the corner of Tamiami Trail and Collier Blvd). Some of our favorite spots include Publix, Starbucks, Texas Roadhouse, Outback Steakhouse, Z Music Kitchen, and Chipotle. Golf at Lely Resort is minutes away and 2 championship courses are open to the public. Marco Island's pristine white sand beaches are about a 15-minute drive South. Olde Naples and the 5th Avenue South shopping and dining district as well as the beaches of Naples are about a 15-minute drive west.
