Weekend getaway
I like coming to Northwest Arkansas from eastern Arkansas, because there are many more things to do. Such as trails, hiking, etc.. This property located in the heart of Fort Smith is excellent for these type of experiences. You’re very close to everything. Fort Smith like a lot of north west Arkansas is in a growing mode. Things looks very promising here very nice community.

Wedding Trip
We stayed in Ft. Smith for my best friend's daughter's wedding. I'm from Ft. Smith but haven't lived there in years. We would have needed 3 rooms at a hotel for 2 nights so I thought it would be more fun and easier to relax and visit if we got a house and stayed together. It was a beautiful home and a great location for what we were doing and for anything else we'd do. Loved it and would stay again in a heartbeat!

We really were glad we booked this house. The bed was comfortable. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It is in a good location, a little outside noise - but we live in the country so it probably seems louder to us than most people would hear.

Great Christmas Experience
This was an amazing experience from start to finish. The property owner and manager were both very accommodating and worked with me to adjust the dates due to weather issues. The house is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Even with weather in single digits the house was comfortable and warm. It is in a great neighborhood and a short drive from everything you need. The beds are comfortable, the water is hot, and there are all the amenities you need. Wife and I enjoyed celebrating Christmas together here. We are so grateful for the amazing experience. Sydney is an amazing property manager.

Great home!
We enjoyed this home for the weekend to spend time with family. My sister, nephew, grandmother, husband, pups and I all enjoyed the time spent around the kitchen counters, cooking up meals and chatting. The living room had plenty of space for us all to watch TV- we loved the streaming options also. All bedrooms were comfortable and accommodating and the master bath was wonderful. I enjoyed a 5k run across the street around the lake and the dogs enjoyed the spacious yard. Wish we could have stayed longer! Wonderful home!!
