Your Sunny Bungalow Awaits!

We are new to VRBO but are well reviewed on Airbnb!

Nestled into a quiet through road that goes to some of the best hiking nearby (hello Slide Mt.!) and just 10 minutes away from skiing at powder-coated Belleayre, my charming little two bedroom cottage is ready for your family or group's adventures.

There is no cell service here, but fast Internet awaits the remote worker, with a modern mesh network providing indoor/outdoor coverage. Comfy beds, a stocked kitchen, a hot shower, and mountain peace await!

Two bedrooms, an open floor plan living/kitchen area, and a bathroom comprise the layout of this cozy but functional cabin.

A wrap-around deck is accessible from both the yard and the master bedroom, and features a flat-top grill (freshly seasoned!) and a propane, year-round fire pit. All is available for guests to enjoy.

The entire house and yard will be available for your use.

Perfect!! Great communication so we had all the info we needed before arriving and great location. The house was perfect for easy access to belleayre for skiing and cozy nights relaxing by the fireplace after. Highly recommend we would definitely return when in the area

Enjoyed hiking in the area. Perfectly located for our plans. Real nice and comfortable. Nice cabin, good accommodations. We're an outdoor family, so the area was great. Give us trails we're happy. had a nice blackstone grill in back yard for our evening meal.

We loved this cozy place. The location was beautiful with mountains views. It was not far from hiking and about 30-35 minutes from Woodstock. We could tell how much care went into getting it ready for guests with small thoughful touches such as provided coffee and assorted teas and making bows with the tissues. Everything was very clean.

Cozy cottage

Very nice stay! We had a wedding close by and this worked perfectly. Cozy, warm cottage. Plenty of supplies in house. Nice beds. Owner communicated immediately with questions.

Catskills Ski Trip

This is a well-equipped 2BR house within an easy drive to Belleayre Mountain. It was also a moderate distance from Hunter Ski area. Restaurants were a ten-minute drive. Highly recommended.

Cozy, thoughtfully supplied cabin

Phil was a wonderfully responsive host and keeps a well-stocked, warm and cozy cabin with all the necessities (and many fun extras like games and a record player) at his guests' disposal. The location was great, with some amazing dining within convenient driving distance, and of course, access to Belleayre. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning for a future visit!

Thoughtful and beautiful!

This was a beautiful home that is in an amazing location, super close to tons of hiking and beautiful drives in every direction. The home was very well curated and showed the thoughtfulness of the owners. There was a record player with a great collection of records, a great collection of books, a lively fireplace with all we needed, plenty of supplies in the kitchen and even shampoo and conditioner. We really enjoyed our stay here and plan to return!

Great getaway!

Great getaway in Big Indian! This is my favorite easy to get to vacation destination and this house was perfect for our needs. We were comfortable and cozy on cool mornings and evenings, especially with the good size fireplace. We went hiking and there was plenty of hot water for us all to shower when we got back. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. I wish we could have stayed longer! Definitely will be back!

Cozy Cabin Retreat

Really enjoyed our stay - there were so many thoughtful details at the property ranging from the excellent tea selection, vinyl collection, and the hammock outside! Communication with the host was prompt and very helpful. Try to go to Peekamoose nearby for a meal! Highly recommend staying here.
