Casa del Sol, es el primer esfuerzo de LUXEVACA en busca de generar una experiencia de lujo en Perú, para darle al publico del mundo, pero sobre todo el Peruano, estándares de atención al detalle y servicio "white-glove" en un ambiente lujoso, moderno y super bien estoqueado; pero a la vez hemos hecho acogedor y queremos que lo sientas muy tuyo. La idea es que sientas que por unos días vives la vida que mereces en una casa que es tuya, por el tiempo en el que la habites. Casa del Sol ha sido edificada pensando en el medio ambiente y la energía renovable, cuenta con un sistema solar y de baterías que no solo le dan poder a la casa, pero que además recibe el poder del dios de los Incas y lo transmite a sus habitantes. Tenemos un jardín botánico que en su primera cosecha nos dará las especias para sazonar la pesca del día. Casa del Sol es el sueño ambicioso de llevar al Norte nuestra experiencia lograda ya en LUXEVACA Carmel California, en donde abrimos la primera oficina y manejamos casas de Lujo para clientes importantes como Clint Eastwood (Gran Torino), hospedamos en nuestra casa a Team Nike Golf, Mc Laren F1 Zak Brown, VP MGM, Benny Blanco, Rolls Royce, etc.

Frente al mar de Grau, al norte del Perú, en una construcción 650 metros cuadrados, te esperamos para celebrar, relajarte, aislarte o trabajar de manera remota. Queremos que te sientas como en casa, y que eventualmente regreses como si estuvieras regresando cada vez a tu segundo hogar, te lo mereces después de todo tu arduo trabajo.
La casa cuenta con 6 habitaciones en-suite, 6 baños completos, 2 tinas interiores, piscina temperada (Aforo: 20 personas. Profundidad máxima: 1.70 m, con zonas menos profundas), jacuzzi, sauna y gimnasio, además de una sala de Televisión, sala de masajes y un trampolín a nivel del piso.

Nada es más preciado que los momentos felices…Te ofrecemos nuestra casa para que construyas memorias y regreses siempre. Si logramos que regreses, habremos cumplido nuestro objetivo. Esta casa es Kid friendly, Pet friendly y las ceremonias pequeñas de no más de 20 personas son bienvenidas.

Great Vacation

The property is awesome and really comfortable, it has everything you need.The team is outstanding, from Grecia, the manager taking care of all our questions and needs; and Liz and Mayra preparing all our meals. They were always there helping with anything and making sure you feel at home.We hope we can come back soon.

Fantastic beach house

The house is so beautiful and spacious. Our family of 12 ended our Peruvian trip here to relax and it was worth it. The beach is tranquil and the infinity pool and hot tub made the stay even better. The chef service was the best! We loved the food and the chefs! Minda and Leslie. We also appreciated the quick response from the host! We will definitely come back!

Family Reunion

Everything was even better than the pictures. Our family loved this place! This home was gorgeous inside and out! Views all day were amazing, but sunsets were spectacular! Chef and hosted were both fantastic to work with! We hope to return and will recommend to friends.Thank you!

Like a dream, almost perfect.

The house was like a dream. It was something out of a magazine. The people responsible for helping take care of it were responsive to our needs, & very friendly. It was more spacious than we needed, but it was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. After asking them to heat up the Jacuzzi, it was a great temperature, probably about 103F. The beds were comfortable, I loved the large windows everywhere and the breeze coming through the house, the steam room worked great. The movie theater and Nintendo switch were fun, & the lady helped us find a good massage therapist, and the waves were great. Unfortunately, due to recent construction there were some rebar on the beach and although I cleaned up a lot of it, I could not remove other parts of it connected to broken concrete slabs so we had to avoid swimming in that location. I imagine it's a temporary issue that hopefully will be gone soon. It was a fairly good beach although there were some rocks and pebbles in certain locations while swimming so it's not 100% sand. If you hike about 2 miles south there is a pier and some local beach restaurants and on the pier you can swim with wild large sea turtles and they provide Life Vests there & help you. Although there's another location in Los Organos also that was probably nicer that the House representative helped us find. The chef cooked amazing and made it truly restful. She was very friendly also. The main negative was their solar water heater that heat up water for the showers and the tubs did not provide hot water, it was just barely warm so we could not enjoy a hot tub bath although they did try to fix it so we appreciate their intent The solar panels were covered with a thick layer of dust, and I believe that limited their ability to heat up the water. The gym in the garage was simple but it was nice they had a mat. All in all, we would definitely stay there again. It looks like others are trying to build beach places there. The area is not fully developed, but if you're looking for a restful place away from the crowds at Moncora, this is a good spot. Ideally you'd have a car rental as you can't just walk out and get a taxi, but the house rep connected us to taxis that brought us to swim with the turtles. Thanks for the great stay!

This is a fantastic beach house on a very, very quiet section of beach in northern Peru. Let's be clear on what it is not - it is not in the center of a lot of action, it is not super close to a lot of activities, it is not near a bunch of restaurants, it is not near ANY night life. If you are looking for quiet, peace, rest, a comfortable stay...and the best sunset you have ever seen - this is a GREAT place. Honest assessment - the house is wonderful, but it is weathered (it's literally on the beach after all). Everything was nice, but it was also slightly worn. We felt very comfortable in the house and loved the environment, but if you're looking for true luxury resort atmosphere, you might be disappointed. The check-in and help from the on site manager was great. The cook the was provided for breakfast and lunch was EXCEPTIONAL. She picked up fresh groceries, made us wonderful breakfasts and lunches and cleaned up the kitchen after. All we had to pay additional was the cost of the groceries. Lastly - it is not hyperbole to say that we say 2 of the most fantastic sunsets we have ever seen at this property. Looked like the sun was literally going into the Pacific Ocean. I'll wrap it up by saying - this is probably the BEST VALUE we have ever gotten for a vacation rental - not the cheapest, not the nicest...but definitely the best value.

Hermosa Casa

Nuestra estadía fue muy agradable, la casa es muy moderna y dotada de muchos elementos de decoración que la hacen hermosa y acogedora. Los cuartos todos equipados con detalles en cada espacio. La zona social con una hermosa vista a la piscina y al mar sin lugar sellaron con muchísimos recuerdos estos días que disfrutamos en este hermoso lugar El personal que nos recibió muy agradable y amable ayudándonos con todos nuestros requerimientos. Hello! We had an amazing time, hanna was an absolut great person to us The only thing i could say should be improved is the cleaning service in general. During our stay we only had bath towels the first day and then we had none. The trampolin and the terrace were not at its cleanest. In every other aspect everything was absolutly amazing. Thank you!
