Get away from it all and relax at Sand Dollar, a fully-equipped, comfortable condo overlooking Cruz Bay harbor with gorgeous views, cooling trade winds, and one of the most desirable locations on St. John.

Enjoy morning coffee, afternoon drinks, and evening meals on the covered deck. Swim in the refreshing in-ground pool. Lounge on the pool deck. Or walk five-minutes to Cruz Bay’s restaurants, boutiques, bars, taxis, and ferry dock, as well as the quiet beach at Frank Bay.

Sand Dollar captures the island’s beautiful trade winds that are assisted by ceiling fans in every room. Guests will feel right at home with the cable-ready smart TV, high-speed wifi, reliable cell phone service, and comfortable furniture upholstered in tropical colors.

Enjoy indoor and outdoor dining for four plus a custom mahogany kitchen that is fully equipped with everything needed to make a gourmet meal or reheat leftovers, including wine glasses for every occasion and a blender for making frozen tropical drinks.

A queen bed in the primary bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom are all dressed with soft white linens and topped with ample pillows. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit. A full bathroom with tile shower and sumptuous white bath towels is shared by both bedrooms. And there are plenty of beach towels for days spent at one of the island’s beautiful white-sand beaches.

Nicely furnished and stocked. Location is excellent. A quick walk to downtown Cruz Bay. A little longer walk back with the hill, but it’s really not that bad of a walk. Would absolutely stay there again!

Everything was perfect from start to finish. Nice to meet Joe and have him walk us through the setup. Someone clearly put a lot of thought into what was needed to make a comfortable and successful stay. We'd be more than happy to visit again.

Perfect getaway!

The coin do was in an easy location to Cruz bay! A lot of extras in the kitchen and the patio facing the bay was beautiful! Would recommend for a family.

Great place!

We really enjoyed staying at Sand Dollar!. The property and location were great. Nice views of Cruz Bay. The staff was very helpful and responsive. All the extras at the condo were a treat and appreciated. We would definitely book again.

Loved it!

Excellent location an easy walk to bars, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the geat view from our private deck and we loved having a pool. Accommodations were clean the kitchen had everything we needed.

Fantastic place. It's very comfortable. You'll hear music from Cruz Bay but that 2 okay for us. The walk home is challenging with the uphill but your glutes will thank you

Great Stay

We had a great stay at the Sand Dollar. The complex of condos is quite close to town so a car isn't needed if you want to walk (up and down a hill or two). The pool was a nice place to actually cool off and relax in the evenings. The condo was very clean and had pretty much anything you needed. We cooked some dinners and the kitchen was well stocked. The view from the balcony is really great and a nice evening hang out spot as well. We would rent again.

We Liked This Condo!

Condo was clean and well stocked with things we definitely needed while there. Pool is nice; I was told there was a hot tub but we never found one. Walk to Cruz Bay and beach is 10 minutes or more and hill is fairly steep although the exercise was good. No wifi at first but someone fixed it once I called. Beds and furnishings were comfortable. I would stay here again. We felt safe and liked being close to Cruz Bay. Taxis were easy to get and drivers were great. Watch out for the tourists who are rude drivers! Locals/natives are friendly, polite and helpful.

Amazing View

We rented 3 units at Battery Hill and loved all of them! Each one was unique and offered. Sand Dollar had more amenities than we could've asked for. The view was amazing and the owner hospitality was spectacular. Who doesn't love a welcome gift? thank you also for the extra beach bags!

Perfect stay in Cruz Bay!

We loved our time at Sand Dollar at Battery Hill and cannot wait to return! We were so impressed by how well stocked everything was at the condo, we truly felt like we were home! Everything we needed was already there, including a welcome basket with snacks, drinks, and beach toys for my 4-year-old (thank you St. John Signature Condo & Villas!). Christine's condo was comfortable, clean, and a perfect location when staying in St. John during the busiest week of the year! We loved taking in the view on the patio for coffee in the morning, and enjoyed the nice refreshing pool after completing 8 Tuff. Having a laundry room on site was an added bonus to make packing much easier. We always look forward to our time on island, and we were looking up dates to return to Sand Dollar before we even left! Thank you Christine for your hospitality and thoughtfulness, we can't wait to return!
