Beautiful Place to Stay-

We really enjoyed our time here. House was very clean with a lot of space for everyone. The large decks allow you to look out over the town. Fernando was extremely helpful and polite with very quick response time.

Family

This space offered exactly what we needed for our stay at Surf City. The listing did say two rooms had bunk beds but once we arrived it was not the case
only one set of bunk beds. However it still worked out great for our needs. Very clean and the owner was quick to respond to questions. Will definitely book again when back in Surf City.

Easy walk to the beach

Great stay

Fernando always responded quickly and went above and beyond to accommodate requests and answer questions before check in day. The property was perfect for a large group. Not a bad walk to the beach. Renting a golf cart was super helpful with all of the beach gear . Would recommend.

Great house

The house is beautiful and the location was perfect for us. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. The house was close to everything, yet seemed private due to being on a. Dead end street. Would highly recommend. Fernando was very quick to respond to any of our questions.

Beautiful home!

Me and my family really enjoyed this beautiful home! It was very clean and offered several things for my family to do on the property including playing Connect 4, Corn Hole and Jinga! We also enjoyed walking leas than 5 minutes to the beach! I will most definitely be back!

Nicely updated beach home

The property owner was very responsive to our needs and ready to assist as needed. The rooms were large and restrooms were nice. We were thankful for the start up supplies and were able to enjoy time together cooking which is typically how we enjoy our vacations. There is a short drive or longer walk to beach access. We love Surf City/Topsail and would rebook. Porch has views of the ocean and the sound.

Great Family Beach House

Our family rented this property for a week at the beach. We had a group of all ages and the house worked great, plenty of space for everyone. We loved having coffee on the porch in the mornings. Easy 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach!

Great location for multiple families

We had our annual get together with friends and their families here and it was a great time. Location was very close to the beach and walkable to great dinner options. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent host & location

The owner was great with communication! His house was very clean, spacious & accommodating for our week long stay of 6 adults & 2 kids. We were in town visiting family stationed at Camp LeJune. The house was perfect location for a short drive to base & also walking to beach daily. We had a blast & definitely plan to stay here again on our future visits.

Perfect Location!

Fernando was great with communication and answered any questions I had within minutes. The location was fantastic and only a 2 minute walk to the beach! There were also a couple of restaurants within a 2 minute walk as well which were great! The bathrooms were all very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was a great home that fit our extended family of 10 perfectly!

I have been to Surf City a few times before, but I have to say this place is by far the best place I have stayed at. This place is truly a home away from home!
