Worse Experience I have ever had

Pictures and property selected were 2 different properties. I have lived on Singer Island for years and know the area well. I had booked the same property 2 weeks prior to this visit and my husband had a medical emergency, and I cancelled with no response from property manager. This past week was also booked as a result from not being able to arrive on previous booking. Other people had the same issue and left in units 6 and 7 I left yesterday not completing my stay. Very disappointed at the false advertisement and lack of communication. I took multiple pictures.

Perfect little spot

We enjoyed being one minute away from public beach access, 4 min walk to restaurants, so happy there was a beach chair we could take with us to the beach, wish there was more than 4 towels and 4 uncomfortable pillows, but no other wishes beyond that. Very happy with our stay.

BAIT and SWITCH/ BREACH of CONTRACT

We had a 1 bedroom, reserved, check in time, only a studio, called back this place sucks, wrecked our vacation, no call back from contact, fu, bed, 4 hangers, a night stand, no where to put any clothes, no chairs, poor use of tight space, etc., you can not even put a toothbrush/toothpaste on Bath room sink, zero room for any ,cosmetic, pills, bottle's ,etc, walls are paper thin, you can hear people talking all night, never again, gave the contract to my lawyer for review, great location, ok on cleanliness.

Great spot!

Great location 5 min. walk to beach and very close to restaurants/stores. Nice patio area with comfy chairs/table and a small charcoal grill. Very clean inside & out. Our unit was a bit small for 4 people. Plenty of towels to use. Kitchenette was very useful but needs a little more attention and TLC. No kitchen garbage can only a tiny bathroom pail. Frig. was great! We would love to come again! Thank U!!
