Il s’agit d’une liste "complète", c’est-à-dire une maison privée entièrement privée. Votre voisin amical (mais privé) vit entre l'Angleterre et son voisin ... s'ils sont en ville, vous ne pouvez les voir que dans l'allée (le cas échéant). Cela dit, la buanderie est le seul espace partagé avec ce locataire d'à côté. Il y a un système en place (avec des portes verrouillables) où un seul côté de la propriété peut occuper la buanderie à la fois (en toute confidentialité).

Perfect, spacious spot for my wife, my dog, and me for a 2 week stay. Mark was great with any questions we had. Everything very clean, tile floors make it cool and easy. The house is well-equipped for just about anything we needed, we used the gas grill frequently. Pool is especially nice for warm afternoons. Cabana is a lovely spot to catch up on reading. Our older dog just liked sitting out back in the sun. We hope to get back soon.

We loved the house, the pool and the fully fenced yard for our dogs. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood but close to the beach, restaurants, shopping and blue heron bridge. The house itself had everything we needed, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, nice sitting area and areas to lounge. Everything was clean and well kept. Would definitely book again!

Lots of fun in pool, kitchen had everything we needed, close to the beach, gazebo was a perfect place to relax! Would definitely go again.

Great Florida Vacation

We rented the home for a week. The home was great , enjoyed the pool and grilling in the private yard. Plenty of things to do in and around singer island. Will definitely rent the home again next year!

West Palm family trip

Decided to get extend our yearly vacation. Found this very nice house in Riviera Beach area. Mark was great to work with. Very nice well kept property in a beautiful area on Singer Island. Would recommend a stay here !!!

Second stay

Great stay once again on Riviera Beach. Mark’s place is walkable to the beach and WPB locations. Mark is easily reachable and does a great job communicating. Would definitely stay again!

Property was nice and clean with great access to the beach. We enjoyed the pool, grilling dinner and sitting outside on the back patio. All the beds were very comfortable too.

Great location and nice house.

We stayed over Christmas break. The house is great. We liked the private backyard. It’s very close to the beach with nice places to eat and shop nearby. We also snorkeled and saw starfish, rays, crabs and fish.

Incredible Vacation

Great location, .4 miles from the beach. Fantastic private back yard with wonderful pool and grill. Quiet, clean, friendly neighborhood. Many ammenities in the area, even fresh caught fish available. The home is in great condition and very clean. Nice furniture and kitchen. We highly recommend it.

Good Stay

Good property to stay out. A couple of things if you are going to cook. Bring your own skillet and pans. The skillet which was there is no longer usable. We also could not find any cereal bowls anywhere to use. Seemed odd.

We really appreciate the opportunity to host you, Chris. Sorry to hear you only rated it 4 stars- and based on cookware I feel you may have mostly overlooked. In the top left corner kitchen cupboard there are both glass and plastic cereal bowls. In the bottom left cupboard there are multiple skillets to chose from...that said, one of them (the largest one) does look quite warn, and so I am replacing it right away (thanks for making me aware). We do always strive to provide a 5 star experience.

Nice Property in Great Location

My sister and I rented the house for a weekend stay. The location was excellent: quiet neighborhood, a short walk to the beach, a manageable walk to shops, restaurants, and the docks. MacArthur Beach State Park and other attractions minutes away by car. The property was clean, well-furnished, and nicely decorated throughout. Bright and airy by day, but better lighting in the sitting areas would have made it easier for one to read after dark. The bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen seemed reasonably well-equipped, though we did little cooking during our brief stay. The multi-functional automated coffee maker was nice, but difficult to operate, and I could find no instructions. The fixtures and decor in the bathrooms were clean and functional, if a bit dated. Water pressure was not great in the master bath shower. The backyard pool and patio were very nice and well-maintained. Had our stay been longer, we certainly would have spent more time there. Our check-in was delayed because the passcode in the VRBO instructions was wrong. Despite initial difficulty in reaching the owner, we were able to access the unit with help from a neighbor. The owner did reach me later to apologize for the mix-up and he later agreed to extend our checkout time. He also was very responsive when we lost power during a severe storm on the last day of our stay - much appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay on Singer Island, and felt the property was a good value for the location.

Excellent property / Great Host

So the property was everything you want - very clean, kithen has everything you need, comfortable furniture, lines, towels, etc. Pool was great on a warm day. And Mark was an incredible host - great communicator, let us stay late on our last day. Highly recommend this property.

Great House/Great Host/Very Considerate!

My wife and I live in West Palm Beach, not far from this property. Once we got there for our “Staycation”, we truly felt like we were on vacation at the beach!!! The home is immaculately clean and well decorated! There were welcome snacks and beverages, and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, and everything else you would need to feel at home! The pool was well maintained and the cabana is a nice escape from the sun! The lighting and fan are great for the late afternoon. I would recommend this property for any visitors to Singer Island!
