This place was perfect! We had 10 people and spent the evening out in Ventura, but we almost wished we’d stayed in. There was plenty of room for all of us, the kitchen was huge, the roof deck was beautiful. All in all, so worth it!

Loved our stay at Zalman’s property! The entire house was beautiful and was a 5 minute walk from the beach and the dock, where we were able to kayak. The kitchen was really nice everything was super clean!

Such an amazing home to host our family over the long weekend. Quiet neighborhood full of friendly people - kid and adult friendly. The location was fantastic! Beautiful views from the roof top patio; nice views from both balconies. Spacious enough for our entire (multi-generational) family. Very well appointed kitchen. Very peaceful. Would definitely stay again.

Beach Get Away

This was a wonderful, spacious place in a great location. It had a great kitchen and lots of hang-out space. Great place for a family gathering. We went whale watching and biking in the area, and sea lions right off the jetty wall. Highly recommend!

Great house for family fun!

We have rented this home two summers in a row. It is well stocked with games, bikes, and beach gear. House is very clean and well maintained. Owner has always been very responsive to any questions or concerns. Tons of room for our extended family to eat together and enjoy our vacation.

Had a group of teenagers who were in a competition. the students loved the place. It worked out nicely because it was close to the event and we were able to cook meals. The host answered any questions that we had. Great time!

5 Stars – A Dream Beach Getaway!We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful beach house! The house itself is absolutely stunning—spacious, gorgeously decorated, and filled with natural light. Every room was immaculate and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a luxury retreat.The location couldn’t have been better. The beach was just a short walk away, and the town is full of charm, with plenty of fun activities, great restaurants, and cute shops nearby. Another Amazing Trip

This is our second time staying here. Zalman is a wonderful host. It's am awesome layout that allows me to bring my mom and stepdad, my dad, and my kids' dad all together. Everyone has their own space. The location can't be beat and the part of the beach right next to the house is so peaceful and serene. It's lik3 being on a private beach. Just a wonderful trip. Can't wait to do it again next summer!

Fabulous!

This property was the perfect choice for our family of 7 adults and one baby to stay for a week of long awaited family time! The home is spacious and clean. Very close to the beach and even comes with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and plenty of bikes!! The rooftop deck was a family favorite for spending time together. We had the best time at this wonderful beach house. To top it off, Zalman was such a kind and responsive host! He is the best!

Lovely get-away for Thanksgiving with family and friends!

Location is 1 row off of from beachfront. Can see the beach from the great rooftop area and slivers of it from the main floor family room. Huge kitchen, family room, and master BR. The owner/property manager is EXTREMELY responsive. We arrived and noted that the toaster was missing - voila he sent one for deliver that night. My wife's stuffing came out great BTW. This is a great location with a large pristine home for a large group event. The adage .. you get what you pay for .. is true!
