All rooms are well appointed with luxury furnishings custom made for the space. The living area flows onto the balcony where waterfront views second to none on Cotton Bayou await overlooking the private complex dock. The kids will love the custom built in bunks with play area upstairs and their own private 50 inch smart TV for unfortunate rainy days. Throughout the unit you’ll find custom live edge cherry furniture reclaimed, milled, and built in Alabama by local artisans that brings a natural element to the unit rarely found in rentals. Along with the entire unite the kitchen was renovated on 2022 and appointed with gourmet stainless appliances including multiple ice makers, Keurig, and everything you’ll need to cook your catch of the day or mix a drink for the pool.

Cotton Bayou has been a destination for boaters visiting Orange Beach for over 4 decades, but don’t worry about her age. This complex was completely renovated following Hurricane Sally and looks better than ever! All major renovations are complete with the remaining minor work to be complete by September 2022.

The complex features a private boat dock that’s available to all guests for a $50 daily or $250 weekly fee paid to the HOA. This fee includes use of a first-come-first-serve boat slip, boat launch, power, water, and fish cleaning station! Don’t miss out on the awesome bait fish population prior to heading out and the kids will live fishing off the dock. There are underwater fish lights for extra nighttime fun.

By water Cotton Bayou is convenient to all the popular cruise up bars such as Tacky Jacks, Flora-Bama Yatch Club, Tiki Bar at Sportsman’s, and the soon to open Zekes Landing. Also, you’ll be a leisurely 10 minute idle ride from Robinson and Bird Island, which are the happening sand bar locations for OBA.
