Walk to shops, restaurants, hop on the Trolley to the beach, Perkins Cove, The Ogunquit Playhouse or to the Marginal Way! Enjoy your coffee on the enclosed porch watching the sunrise or reading a book, having a meal outside at the picnic table, board games at the dining room table or a movie in the living room. This house was made for you!

We stayed two nights in July. We took my parents who are turning 85 for a birthday get away. We loved the house decor, it was very clean and modern and the location was perfect. We would definitely go back again!

The home was clean, well equipped and centrally located. We only used our car once during a rainy day, otherwise, we were able to walk everywhere. The host was very extremely easy to deal with and we really enjoyed our stay in Ogunquit.

Clean, Great Location, Responsive Host

The house was immaculate when we arrived, the kitchen is well appointed and the beds are very comfortable. Every morning we enjoyed our coffee and tea in the enclosed front porch! Plenty of space for a family of 6 21 adults. The location can't be beat - within walking distance to everything. Communicating with Peter was smooth and easy. HIGHLY recommend!

Excellent property

My friends and I, total of 5, spent two nights at Peter’s place. Communication with Peter was excellent from the moment we booked. Check in was easy and the place was clean and cozy. The best was the location. We were within walking distance to everything, including the beach. I highly recommend this place and would book again.

Very cute, very convenient and well-stocked property. Great beach getaway.

The house was a great place for our family to stay. The beach, town, Ogunquit Playhouse, and Marginal Way were all in easy walking distance. The house had beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, wagon), making our walk to the beach a lot easier. It also had an outdoor shower so we could rinse the sand off before coming in the house. The beds were comfortable, and the living room was comfortable, with books and games for the family. The host, Peter, was great - we actually forgot an iPad, and he reached out right away, and made it easy for us to come back and pick it up at the end of our trip. All around a great experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location to explore Ogunquit. The house was clean and comfortable, and had some kids activities which was a bonus! The kitchen supplies (knives, pots/pans, etc) are a bit older and run down, but everything else was perfect. We would definitely book this property again in a heartbeat!

Great location and house!

Excellent few days in Ogunquit at Peter’s property. The house was clean and in the best location. Short walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Great outdoor area to grill and hangout and a beautiful updated kitchen. Highly recommend!

Host is very accommodating

The house is adorable, and it’s literally walking distance to everything and there is parking for three cars. The bedrooms are all upstairs in the bathroom is upstairs just in case someone is wondering. The host is very nice and responsive!

Wonderful Stay for Our Family

Our family of four (my husband, our two young children, and myself) stayed here for 4 days and we couldn’t have been happier with our booking! The home is in an excellent location - walking distance to downtown Ogunquit, easily walkable to the beach, a cute playground a 1/2 block away - and fully equipped with all necessities except for linens and towels (which we were aware of ahead of time). Peter, the owner, was very responsive and helpful if we had any questions. We’re already planning to stay here again next summer!

Great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, updated, and well-equipped in terms of the kitchen, wifi, smart TV, games and books, and beach items (we used the beach wagon and chairs.) The location can't be beat; once we arrived and parked in the driveway we didn't use the car again until we checked out. Communication with the owner was easy and he was very responsive. My family and I look forward to going back!

Great location

Everything was great. Great amenities. Great house. Close to shops. Something minor to be aware of is that we didn’t realize that you need to bring your own sheets and towels. Grateful Peter included a comment about that in reminder email week before our stay.
