Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun! Nestled on the western side of Edwards with quick access to Eagle, Avon, and Vail. This neighborhood is adjacent to the Eagle River for excellent fly fishing, and trails for hiking or biking leave from the neighborhood itself. Attached, private garage for your outdoor gear or a vehicle, and a community hot tub and pool to relax in after a long day of activities!

The place was very clean and beds were comfortable. Well stocked. It was nice to park car in garage. Location between creek and I-70, but you could not hear either. It did require you to drive a little west (1/2 mi) so you could go back east on hwy6 to Beaver Creek. Although a ski bus services the area, it would be a long walk.I would rent again.

This condo was family friendly, very well stocked (shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, condiments, seasonings, etc), and clean. I’d recommend it and stay here again!

Very nice place.

We enjoyed our stay. No real issues and it is a very nice place. We had a wonderful ski vacation. We arrived fairly late on our check in day and somewhat misunderstood the check-in instructions. Owner was very responsive when we reached out.

Perfect spot for our family!

We had a great stay in Edwards! This condo was perfect for our family of four, including two children under 5. The condo was incredibly well-stocked, and comfortable. The hosts were easy to communicate with, and were proactive about addressing a minor maintenance issue that arose before our arrival. We would happily stay again on a future trip.

Great location. Beautiful comfortable property.

Just 12 min from Beaver Creek. Near nice restaurants, grocery store, movie theater, gas station, etc. Clean, updated, comfortable and quiet.

Perfect for Beaver Creek and Vail

We usually stay in Silverthorne but wanted a shorter driver to the mountains this year and this place was perfect. About a 15 min drive to beaver creek and about an hour to Keystone. Enjoyed the hot tub and local food in town. Comfy beds and a nice living room for us to hangout in.

Condo was very comfortable and well-appointed with everything you need for a long week or weekend stay. Close enough to Avon to make it convenient but far enough away that you didn't feel caught up in the city. Communication on check-in through the app was okay but an email would have been preferred. All in all a great stay!

This was a one night stay when we all wanted to be in the same place not two hotel rooms. It was a very steep step climb into the condo however that wasn't menioned anywhere on the site or pictures. At the very least it should have said "penthouse setting with stairs".

Comfort and Convenience

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious and had two balconies. The kitchen was large and well-stocked. I was able to stow my bike in the garage which was convenient. Communication with Mark, the owner, was clear and quick. All in all, a great place to stay in the valley.

This condo has perfect access to Beaver Creek and Vail and is an hour and change from another 6 ski resorts including Summit County resorts, Aspen, and Steamboat. Nestled right along the Eagle River for excellent fly fishing.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Attached garage for holding a vehicle or outdoor gear, a few minute walk to the Eagle River for fly fishing and hiking. Great views of the mountains and river can be had from the building. Very quiet community that has a hot tub year round and a pool during the summer.
