- Guest Screening: For the safety and security of all residents, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. This must be completed before arrival.



- Pool: Not available for this season, we'd appreciate your compression.



- Parking: Please display your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. The garage gate closes at 11:00 PM. We are not responsible for towed vehicles.



- Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please note that bath towels and washcloths are not provided.



Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (Oct 13 - May 1) AC in full operation (May 15 - Oct 1) Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the Building association according to the outside temperature.

We stayed there for 9 nights and it was a great place for two couples. We each had a separate bedroom and bathroom. It was literally 5 minutes from the Crystal City Metro station so getting around was quite easy after leaving the building. Would I stay there again? Definitely. Great place for a great price. However, I would have a few suggestions for the property owner. The place needs a paint job. Most of the walls have markings/scuffs on them that just kind of make it look like the owner doesn’t care. Again, it was clean but just could do with some painting. If you like your bedroom dark at night, bring a sleeping mask. The blinds don’t cover the windows and it’s like late afternoon throughout the night. The description of the place told us we needed to bring towels and a hair dryer. Both were in the room, which was good, but it would have saved us some packing room in our suitcases since we thought we had to bring both. The toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags supplied for a 9 night stay were no where close to what we needed so we ended up having to go to the local grocery store. Also, there are two beds in the master bedroom and one of them looks like it’s about to fall apart. It didn’t. But it looked like it. Again, I would stay here again but taking care of these things would have made the stay unbelievable.

Clean and convenient

Enjoyed staying in this apartment. The kitchen needed to be a little better stocked for cooking. such as only one cookie sheet and not enough silverware for even four people.

Great home base for DC visit

Our family of 4 (two kids - 7 and 10) stayed here for 3 nights while exploring DC. The unit is very nice, with a great location. The Metro stop is practically across the street and made getting around so easy. The unit is quiet, the building is clean and feels new. Only complaint is that we were only supplied with 1 roll of toilet paper and had to go out to a store and buy more. It was outlined in our check in info but by the time we read it, we were already en route (or we would have thrown some in). Just seems silly to not provide your guests with something as basic as toilet paper. Beyond that, a wonderful stay and we would gladly return.

City adventure in style

This property’s floor plan, cleanliness, atmosphere and city views are quire enjoyable. A little more attention to detail to include more complete higher quality, towels, bed linens and toiletries in the bedroom and bathrooms, to more complete and adequate cookware, dinnerware and glassware in the kitchen would definitely enhance the functionality of this unit and add to an unforgettable experience. Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen houseware is barely adequate for such a nice unit. I purchased on my own and donated to the unit stemless wine glasses so that adequate glassware could be on hand during my stay. There were only 4 or 5 mismatched glasses in the entire unit.

Great location and sparkling clean modern apt

The apartment is wonderful. Check in was complicated and the request for additional needed information was very last minute and only triggered when I messaged our host looking for check in information. Typically it arrives 2- 3 days in Advance. The info was sent day of check in. Again, codes should be shared 2-3 days in advance. Big issue regarding having each guests picture ID was not clear until day before our trip. International guest were able to supply them but was indeed a last minute bother. Ironically the front desk never required it. Parking pass process was also complicated and not revealed until day before. Basically too much last minute communication and direction Making check in stressful.. the team answered every call and was responsive.. Lastly - I don’t mind giving feedback but 5 calls to me on check out day ( while I Was traveling home) was excessive.. .
