Magnifique maison en rangée ensoleillée dans la section Petworth de DC.
La maison a de beaux planchers en bois, un salon ensoleillé, une cuisine avec une superbe terrasse immense hors de la cuisine, ce qui est idéal pour les divertissements ou les repas en plein air. Chambre principale avec lit king size, avec salle de bain privée avec un bain à remous profond. Deux chambres supplémentaires, l'une avec un lit queen, l'autre avec un lit double. Salle de bain principale, moderne avec baignoire jacuzzi. Premier étage avec 1/2 salle de bain.

We had a great stay here, almost a complete 10. We enjoyed the convenience of the location, the beds were comfortable. The only thing we struggled with was the internet speed, We came to enjoy some college basketball and we watched some of it from our room, The connection was buffering quite a bit. The best part was that we got to see our team play at the Capital One Center. We would stay there again. Thanks Tyrone

Property clean and comfortable. Everything worked, kitchen well stocked. We brought bicycles so the locked backyard was super handy. Enjoyed the front and back porches.

The accommodations were described accurately. The response to a plumbing issue in the master bathroom was attended to quickly - it was much appreciated!The kitchen was well equipped. We couldve used a few extra blankets but other than that all of our needs were met.

Comfortable and nice location

My family and I went to DC for a family memorial in Takoma Park and we wanted a place in DC that was close to both TP and downtown DC. This was the perfect location for our trip. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and living room areas were very nice. Recommend for any DC trip. Near Metro stop and the location is nice especially if you have a car.

Charming, clean, clean, clean two story town house

Our family was very pleased with this VRBO. It's a remodeled older home with charm, character and some modern touches, such as recessed lighting. The kitchen was especially well equipped and plenty of towels were available. We would definitely book again in the future.

I really enjoyed this property! It was as billed. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe for myself and daughter. The restaurants near by like Honeymoon chicken and Timber pizza were great. Relatively short drives to points of interest and always street parking in front. It was inviting from the street.

Great Place!

This was a perfect place to stay for a visit to DC. The metro was a 15 minute walk and was easy to take into the city. The house was clean and comfortable. It was a great place to come back and relax after a day of a lot of walking. Tyrone was a great host!

Good place for exploring DC

we had a good time to start our trips around DC. The location is perfect to use the metro or buses. There are parking lots in front of the houses for your car as well (parking was no problem at all). The apartment could need some renovations, but in total we felt comfortable during our stay.

Great stay in DC

We had a great stay in DC. The house was very comfortable and very clean. We drove into the city and took the metro (parked at Fort Totten). Fun dinners at Oohh & Aahh and Timber pizza. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great stay in D.C,

We had a great stay at Tyrone's place in DC. The house is clean, roomy and bright with a large outdoor deck with four tricyles, perfect for my my twin granddaughters (age 5). Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc. in the kitchen, more towels than we needed, nice front porch with comfy chairs and room for both our cars in the locked parking area. We very much appreciated Tyrone's flexibility for a late checkout when we had a minor emergency on the morning of our last day.

Nice and roomy place

The house was very roomy and well furnished. Beds were comfy and the air conditioning kept the place very comfortable (t was very hot during our stay). Access to the metro was close and the super walmart, which was very near to the metro as well, made it easy to get cheap groceries and staples. We would definitely stay again!
