‱ Living Room: Includes a full-size pull-out bed to accommodate additional guests.

‱ Entertainment: Each bedroom is equipped with its own Smart TV with Roku for all your streaming

needs.

‱ Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a charming exposed brick wall.

It includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster.

‱ Laundry: A full-size washer and dryer are available for your convenience during your stay.



Military First BnB Solutions is committed to protecting our owners homes during bookings. We've partnered with Know Your Guest by Truvi to independently verify guests and provide the option of a $35 damage waiver or a $500 security deposit. We suggest you utilize the damage waiver to protect you in case of accidental damage up to $500 during a booking.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire home, ensuring a comfortable and exclusive stay. The only exceptions are two locked owner's closets, which are not accessible. Enjoy a seamless and contactless arrival with our self-check-in process using a smart lock. Detailed access instructions will be sent to you prior to your arrival.

The Clubhouse is located in one of the most charming and walkable areas of Southern Pines. Nestled just a few blocks from downtown, you'll be within easy walking distance of local restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, parks, and the historic train station. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and filled with tree-lined streets—perfect for morning strolls or evening walks. Whether you're here for a relaxing getaway or exploring the area, you'll find it easy to enjoy everything Southern Pines has to offer without ever needing to drive. Free street parking and public lots are also readily available if you choose to venture out by car.



Getting Around:

One of the best parts of staying at The Clubhouse is its convenient location. Downtown Southern Pines is just a short walk away, making it easy to access local shops, restaurants, parks, and the train station on foot. The neighborhood is very walkable, so you won't need a car for most day-to-day activities. For destinations outside of downtown, driving is easy and stress-free, with plenty of free street parking and public lots nearby. All major shopping centers and grocery stores are just a short drive away.

‱ Guest Verification: We partner with Know Your Guest for guest screening. You will have the option to purchase a $35 non-refundable damage waiver that covers up to $500 in accidental damage or provide a $500 refundable security deposit.

‱ Starter Amenities: We provide a starter set of household essentials like laundry detergent and paper products. Should you need more, stores are located nearby.

‱ Streaming TV: All televisions are for streaming. Please bring the login information for your personal subscriptions (Netflix, Hulu, etc.).

‱ Parking Details: Please park in the two spots marked 'F'. A third vehicle may be parked in F's available visitor spot.

‱ Property Notes: Please remember you are staying in a home, not a hotel, and treat it with respect. Due to our proximity to a local military base, you may occasionally hear aircraft. The main floor of the

home is wheelchair accessible, but please note the bathrooms feature shower/tub combinations.

‱ Simple Checkout Tasks: To help our team prepare for the next guests, we appreciate your cooperation with these tasks: place all trash in a bin, put used towels on the bathroom floor, and start the dishwasher with any used dishes.

Our local manager is available Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM and for after hours emergencies.



Please note, that despite our Host Team is available 27/7, we request guests to share if their check-in will occur later than 9PM. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9PM may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in!

This property is so nice with 3 bedrooms AND 3 bathrooms. So close to downtown and a full kitchen. Very communicative hosts who were very accommodating when our plans changed suddenly. Bonus: all light switches are clearly marked what they are

Location is the BEST!

Terrific location, easy parking and access. Clean and updated. Comfortable and terrific layout for us, we had a handicapped person who needed ground floor entrance and first floor bed/bath. Laundry in unit and soft towels and blankets which is a plus. A few issues.... Our door code did not work, but the customer service answered immediatley and gave us a working code. There were several lights not working including kitchen and the stairs. We assumed it was bulbs becuase we checked the breaker. We counted 7 in all which seems like a lot.

We booked this stay last minute due to a family funeral and are so grateful for how kind and accommodating the owners were. They helped us secure the reservation quickly and made everything simple during a difficult time.We had one small issue with the key and they responded and resolved it immediately. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. We were able to walk to downtown and to family, which made our stay stress-free.Truly a perfect stay and we appreciate the hospitality. We would absolutely stay here again.
