Internet was super fast and easy to get up and running. The space was comfortable and easy to work and collaborate in while also eating and lounging. And the location to where we needed to be was literally 5 minutes! It couldn't have been better. Will definitely rent again. Super clean, super quiet sleepy little street. Just perfect for two peeps looking to get work done, relax and get home.

The house was exactly as described, and Anthony was very responsive to my messages.The neighborhood is not the best, but it was very convenient to restaurants and since we were only there to sleep, it was not important to us.

Southern Pines 4th of July visit

Clean, comfortable and well-stocked property served us well for a short visit to our family in Southern Pines. Only issues were overflowing outdoor trash bins upon arrival and neighborhood is not the best, although location is very convenient to downtown Southern Pines.

Cute place, great location!

Well kept and cozy spot which was perfect for me while competing at the Carolina Horse Park (only 20 minutes away). Close to downtown Southern Pines which has lots of great restaurants and shops. Also, the bed in the master bedroom was really comfy and I slept great!

Great Location for a bargain!

Title says it all. This property was close to dowtown food and entertainment options. It was also close to several golf courses we played at. House was accurately described in listing, and perfect size for our group of 4 adult men. Owner was also very good with communication when we had a question during our stay.

Clean and Convenient

This house was perfect for our family. It was very easy to get in, very clean and exactly what we needed. It's convenient to downtown Southern Pines, but you do have to drive to get there. We needed somewhere to stay while we were in town for a wedding and it worked perfectly!

Review of stay at Anthony's house

the house was perfect for us; the house was clean and the kitchen had everythin I needed for the two week stay. it was a perfect location and convenient for our visit with family. we would stay again, if available. only complaint: garbage cannisters outside were never emptied and did smell; also there were flies, bees, etc...we were told that the cleaning company would remove them, but they never came...

Wonderful house and location

The home was very nice. It is well kept and in a great location near old downtown, parks, shopping, and restaurants. Plenty of room for my family on the thanksgiving holiday. The kitchen had dishes, cooking items, and coffee! One of my emails had the incorrect door code but when i called Anthony he responded immediately with the correct code and we got right in with no other issues. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great clean house near downtown. Area is quiet, but we just used it as a place to sleep at night. Very easy process to reserve, check in, and check out. Great for families/groups.
