Charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, less than a 10 minute walk to beautiful downtown Southern Pines, and 2 minute walk to Weymouth Woods Center for the Arts and Humanities. If you're visiting for a golf outing, our home is only a 10 minute drive to Pinehurst No. 2, and even closer to a handful of other courses. This house is in the perfect location for a quiet get-a-way, but only a quick trip to excellent restaurants, bars, golfing adventures, & nearby farms. Take a look for yourself!

This is a beautiful, well appointed cottage home with an extremely attentive and responsive host. It is walkable to restaurants and shops and churches in downtown Southern Pines, and just a few blocks from a beautiful nature preserve and art center. It is an ideal spot to enjoy with your dog because both the back and front yards are fenced, and you can walk everywhere from it. It is steps away from Penick Village. All in all it is a great location, and a most comfortable home away from home.

Cute home, love the wood floors and the decorations. Bathrooms need a little maintenance, shower stall upstairs needs some WD40 and the shower hose downstairs looks rusty. The front porch is very cozy, maybe a little power-washing touch up and some upgrades to the front yard.

Quiet and great location to downtown

Quiet house even with construction up the street. We were comfortable and it had everything we needed. Nice little walk to downtown as well.

Southern Pines Gem

Loved the charming house and the quiet neighborhood. Quick walk to shops and restaurants in downtime Southern Pines. Super clean with a fenced in back yard which was great for the dog. Highly recommend!

Good location in a charming town.

The town is lovely and the house is very close to town and restaurants. We felt that the house needed a bit of work to bring it up to a certain standard of comfort and functionality.

Carolina Family wedding

We were in town for a family wedding and the house was the perfect home base. We felt right at home and the house was also in walking distance to downtown Southern Pines and only a short drive to Pinehurst Village. It was very relaxing and we plan to return again for a longer trip.

Bachelor’s paradise

This property has plenty of room. We were only two people, and our dog, in this large home. The bed was comfortable and the neighborhood was within walking distance of food and shops. The host communicated in a timely manner and was able to accommodate our requests.

Southern Pines Experience

Very comfortable and cozy. Close to everything we needed. The picket fence could use a coat of paint. One guest mentioned that some tissues would be nice.

Great!

The communication with the property manager was great! The house was beautiful and just as pictured and described. Perfect for my daughter and her bridesmaids to get ready the morning of her wedding. Very clean and accommodating. Great little town of Southern Pines.

Great place to stay when visiting family at Penick!

We've stayed here several times. It is a wonderful place to stay when visiting family at Penick. We're able to walk up to visit and also stroll into town for dinner, music, entertainment, etc. This house is a gem! We'll be back.
