Friend trip

It was wonderful. The location was perfect for our short trips to see things in the area. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and very courteous. Everything was clean and had anything we needed. We would stay again if in the area!

Great property

Communication with owner was clear and prompt. Property was clean and exactly how described. Property appeared well maintained and close to everything New Braunfels. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this property for couples or families. Thank you!

Less Is Not More

The home is clean. Not accommodating for 6 people as the listing indicates- (two adults, two 13 year olds and one 17 year old). Furniture is old and outdated. Needs to be better equipped- kitchen utensils, bath soap, TP, no extra bedding for anyone having to sleep on the couch due to very small beds. The blinds are in poor shape - broken and won’t pull completely down. Granddaughter changed clothes in the closet. Overall, a one-nighter was enough.

Great Option for New Braunfels

We stayed just one night because we went to a concert. We took Uber and happy to have a place to leave two cars. Linens and house were clean. It was big enough to feel spacious with two adults in the two bedrooms. It was easy to find. We didn’t cook so not sure how well stocked. It was a perfect option for what we needed.

Cozy Family Place

My family and I came from out of state for a wedding, and this place was perfect for what we needed it for. Quiet neighborhood. 5 mins from downtown area. The house was clean, and there was good communication with the host :)

Great place to stay!

Upon entry the house smelled like clean laundry. Everything was cleaned to perfection, the air mattress was already set up for us and beds were comfy! Great response time from the host who was helpful and friendly! 10/10 recommend.

We chose this cozy house for it's location to the downtown area, Comal River, and Schlitterbahn. The house to find and was less than a mile from the interstate. We had a hiccup finding our reservation, but the owner actually met us at the house to make sure we found it. We definitely would stay again.

Just what we were looking for

This house was perfect for our quick trip to float the Comal River. It was in walking distance to a tube rental facility and a less than 10 minute drive to anywhere you would want to eat in the area. The house was clean and well kept and the property manager was more than accommodating and helpful. We would stay here again.

We knew like the 1st 30 Seconds we entered the home, that is is just what we needed. The house is cute and it was clean, and had everything we needed. It was located in between The Float In and The Greune Music and Wine Festival. Would stay again◇

Small NB Rental

This was a cute little house, perfect for an overnight stay. I took my son and four other boys overnight for a birthday weekend. We left the next morning and floated the Comal River. Comal tubes was just around the corner, as were some good eating spots as well. There's also a park nearby, in case you have kids and want to get out. Owner was great with communication, and very helpful! Place was clean.
