DETAILS: Never Say Never is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom Rosemary Beach home that sleeps 10 in comfortable luxury. The house is a short walk to the beach, has a lovely elevated deck, and guests will enjoy peaceful park views from an upstairs balcony.

An open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area encompass the first floor. Rich cherry molding surrounds floor-to-ceiling windows and French doors that flood the space with natural light and wooded views. The spacious kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a raised island that seats 3. A long dining table next to the kitchen seats 6. A wrap-around sofa and armchair in the living area are joined by a smaller dining table that seats 4. A double pair of French doors open to an elevated outdoor deck with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower with privacy doors, and a small table to enjoy lunch or a game of cards.

A primary bedroom and 2 guest bedrooms are on the second floor. A guest bedroom with a queen bed shares a bathroom with a shower/tub combo with a second guest bedroom. This second guest bedroom has a king bed and a door that opens to a large wrap-around balcony with lovely views of Triangle Park. Down the hall is a writing desk and a primary bedroom with a king bed, a private bathroom with a shower, and French doors that open to the balcony.
