White Sands à Rosemary Beach dispose de 2 grandes chambres avec salles de bains et terrasses; l'étage supérieur a une cheminée; 1 chambre queen a pont avec lit de repos; 1 chambre avec lits superposés parfaite pour les enfants avec une terrasse; total 4 ponts (1 avec lit de repos; 1 avec écran, 1 grand / ouvert pour se détendre, 1 petit hors bas maßtre). Au nord du nord de 30 Une maison de taille normale, un grand terrain et une intimité (les maisons ne se superposent pas), avec une nouvelle terrasse arriÚre avec des coins salon et salle à manger avec un tout nouveau grill Téléviseurs à écran plat dans chaque chambre. Cuisine complÚte, douche extérieure, parking pour 3-4 voitures. Couches dans la salle familiale tirer pour lits doubles et de la reine, si nécessaire. PrÚs de piscines intérieure et extérieure, nouveau St. Augustine Green Park pour les enfants et les chiens, village (5 minutes) et courte promenade (7-10 minutes) de la plage à travers la ville. Livré avec des poussettes de plage pratiques pour prendre des chaises, des glaciÚres, des parapluies et des jouets (tous fournis) à la plage! Le cÎté nord de 30A a 2 piscines (une intérieure / extérieure, une extérieure; les deux à 5 minutes de la maison), également à 5 minutes du studio de gym / yoga et des courts de tennis. CÎté sud a 2 piscines supplémentaires et la plage, bien sûr.

Despite all of the good reviews, we did not have a good experience at this property. We were about 15 min away from arriving when I realized we had not received any check in instructions which were supposed to be sent the day before. I called the host 3 times and was forwarded to voicemail. We contacted VRBO support who finally got in touch with her after 5 additional calls. Upon arriving, there was hair in all bedrooms/bathrooms, stains on the linens and towels, sand on the kitchen table, and trash around the property. I also confirmed with the host prior to booking that the backyard is fenced in. It was in fact not fully fenced in which is a safety concern for our dog and young children. There was also no plug for the only tub in the house so I had to shower with my 6 month old. Also it is advertised as a “4 bedroom” but only 3 have doors, the 4th is just an open space with bunks. Overall I am very disappointed and wish we would have picked a different house to stay in that would have met our needs. The listing is completely misleading and the host would not respond to me despite many reach outs to rectify any of our concerns.

The house was in a great location for us and relaxing outside by the fireplace. The kitchen was beyond fully stocked making our stay even better. Everyone commented how comfortable the beds were. The house has great amenities only thing missing were bikes, but they were easy to rent. We visit Rosemary a few times throughout the year and We will definitely look to stay again.

Summer vacation

My family and I stayed at this property and it was perfect. I have twin boys 13 and an 18 year old daughter. The walk or bike to beach was convenient. The house was wonderful and Erinn was great and quick to answer any questions. We will definitely be back.

RB wedding getaway

Beautiful home. We had 6 adults with plenty of space. Parking is available in a driveway that will accommodate 3 medium size vehicles. Location excellent for walking around boutiques, a few restaurants and they provide great amenities for you to pack and walk to the beach. Wagon provided or bring your own (a must) it’s about 11 minute walk through beautiful homes, sidewalks make it easy.

Florida Fun

Beautiful home in an outstanding location. Walkable to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Our family had so much fun doing all those activities together! Our dog, Braxton, really enjoyed sitting on the screened-in porch and watching all the goings-on. Highly recommend!!

Perfect spot in Rosemary and great hosts

Highly recommend this spot in Rosemary. Easy walk to main square and beach. Hosts were very available and easy to get a hold of. House was very clean.

House Not Ready

When we arrived at 3:00 there were workers blocking the driveway, the gas was disconnected and the stove was in the middle of the room. They were also pouring concrete in the backyard. We had to spend the night in a hotel. The next day we went back to House and were told we would have to move to another House. The replacement House was not nearly as nice and had issues - towel rack falling off wall, stove burners not working, upper shelf of DW broken. We were given another night to replace the night we missed. Also, they offered to let us come back for a couple of days in January or February. We paid for a beautiful House and told the day before that the house would be ready - that did not happen.

Great Location, Property Was Not Quite Ready For Our Stay

This is a beautiful centrally located home that we booked for Thanksgiving week. The day before arriving, we were informed renovations would be finished by check-in at 4pm. We arrived at 330pm with workers still present and large dumpster outside. Workers were gone when we returned at 5pm, but we noticed a strong gas smell in the house. Attributing it to the construction, we initially ignored it, but it got worse, and we had to deal with workers coming and going for the rest of the week to repair multiple gas leaks.We had to return from outings to meet workers at the house and it took several visits to resolve the gas leaks, including shutting off the gas & hot water multiple times. The gas stove still never fully worked, which caused us to alter our Thanksgiving plans. The owners were fairly responsive during the gas leak repairs, as expected with a serious gas leak in their home with guests. They offered a free extra night, but our schedules didn't permit us to stay longer.Of course, these gas leaks were an isolated incident and are not indicative of the quality of the house. It simply should not have been advertised as ready for guests on last day of renovation and before owners inspected it.Communication since we have returned has been slow. We requested a partial refund, and Erinn (owner) has said we would get a refund for one night, but after several reminders, we have not received it yet.
