This luxury unit is about a 37 min drive from IAH international airport. 5 min walk to NRG stadium. 10 min walk to the medical center. 10 min drive to downtown Houston. 12 min drive to the galleria shopping mall & tons of grocery stores & local shops that are walking distance from the unit. Enjoy a complementary coffee & tea bar & snacks upon arrival. We have now added the “ LUXURY-All INCLUSIVE” for all guest!!! The luxury all inclusive gives our guest the option to book a private chef or private driver during your stay. Get the full Luxury experience & let us accommodate all of your needs. If you need a round trip to & from the airport, a private driver for the day, or a home cooked meal prepared at your convenience in your home away from home we have you covered!! Please contact us for more details to book prior to your check-in.

All guest are expected to treat our home with respect. If any of the rules are broken or the property is damaged, guest will be charged up to $1000 for damages.

Guest who host parties will have their reservation automatically cancelled w/ no refunds. No smoking in unit. Must use patio/balcony & keep balcony door shut so smoke does not enter the unit. If smoking in the house or there is any smell of smoke in the unit you will be charged up to $350.

Any additional guest not on reservation will not be permitted to stay overnight. If additional guest stay over night you will be charged $125 per person per night for each additional guest.

Please use make-up towels when washing off make-up or tanner. If make-up stain’s any towels, linens, or bedding you will be charged up to $350.

Missing keys or key fob $500 fee
Missing parking pass $50 fee

Great stay. Spacious rooms with a cozy feel. Close proximity to NRG Stadium just a 10 to 12 minute walk. I would suggest replacing the coffee creamers as they have curdled. Second shower doesn’t drain fast enough.

Great place but needs better shower / water pressure

This place is wonderful with 1 flaw: the water pressure / showers. I understand the owner wants to limit water usage but the sad trickle from the showers was like using a water fountain to wash the conditioner out of my hair. Sadly, when water flow is that scarce it will take twice as long to get conditioner out of hair. That’s not saving any water - it’s just taking away precious vacation time. Even hotels do better. The owner should fix this problem. The property is otherwise wonderful. Thanks.

Terrific location

As advertised the location was terrific. The kitchen was stocked with cookware, plates, silverware, cups, and glasses, as well as snacks, coffee pods, etc. Traveling with a child, we all loved the bathtub. It made bathtime a lot of fun.

I stayed here during medical treatments.

The apartment was nice and comfortable. I am a patient at MD Anderson and stayed here after my surgery. It was a short uber ride to the medical center. The complex was quiet. Chyna was a great host. I really appreciated the welcome basket of snacks, the provided dishwasher and laundry pods, cooking spices and coffee pods. If you are going to events at the NRG stadium, this rental is very close—you could walk there. Overall a great place to stay and I recommend it!

Home away from home

The property is great! We stayed for four days and Chyna quickly answered any questions that we had. Love the secured parking and the fully equipped kitchen. Beds were super comfy too!

Great Communication

We were in town for a dive meet. This place was way better than staying at a hotel. We had plenty of room and was able to relax between events. Chyna was the perfect host and did a great job communicating how to check in and out. Would stay here again!

Photos Don’t tell the Whole story

The stay was ok, but the place needed a fresh coat of paint, This place is def geared for the young rowdy crowd. The balcony was the best. Just don’t look left and you’ll see ripped curtains. It was Houston and close for my medical procedure.

Houston weekend

The unit was very clean, spacious, and well appointed. We chose this location due to the proximity to NRG stadium, a 20 minute walk. We experienced issues with the AC unit. the thermostat was not controlling the temperature to setpoint. As it was a weekend, there was no recourse via service call. Communication with the host could have been better working through this issue. We also had an issue with the key fob, but luckily was near the end of our stay. Our host refunded a portion of our payment in compensation. Our quartet enjoyed the unit, we would stay again.
