Welcome to Ocean Village, a private, gated beachfront community located on South Hutchinson Island in Fort Pierce Florida. This luxury 2BR-2BA condo overlooks the par 3 golf course and is just a short walk to 3,500 feet of private, dune-protected beach. Enjoy 3 pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, new exercise room, and onsite restaurant and a poolside outdoor Tiki bar.

This beautifully-appointed condo features gorgeous travertine floors, solid surface counters, TVs in the living room and bedrooms, a screened in porch overlooking the golf course, and all the kitchen appliances, dishes and utensils needed to dine in. Complimentary beach towels, chairs, wagon, boogie boards and coolers are available. Pack light when you take advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer.

Covered outdoor parking and an elevator for convenience. Additional guest parking is available. No trailer parking onsite.

Our 7 week stay at your condo was fantastic ! The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. It was supplied with all the amenities one could ever want. All you need to do is just bring your clothes and enjoy. The furniture, especially the master bed, were very comfortable. The owner was so nice and very easy to work with. She even kept us up to date on events that were going to happen. Loved staying there so much, we have already booked for next winter.Thank you, Charlie and Mary

Ocean Village get away

This property looks exsctly as the pictures. I opened the door and kust went "wow". Owner was super easy to deal with. Owner has thought of everything. We brought our dog and he felt right at home. He made sooo many friends. I really think he was sad when we were packing up to leave. We had a great time. This won't disappoint.

We own and manage a northern Minnesota resort and are thrilled to have recently purchased our first Florida vacation rental. We are frequent travelers and renters of vacation properties ourselves, so we understand the importance of amenities and creature comforts that will make your stay extra special.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We rented a condo for a month-long stay at Ocean Village in 2020, taking advantage of remote opportunity afforded by the pandemic. The two of us and our kids worked and schooled by day and and took advantage of long beach walks with our Goldendoodle, swimming, golf and tennis before and after school and on weekends. When we were ready to purchase a rental property in Florida we knew Ocean Village was where we wanted to be. This luxury resort features over 1/2 mile of private beach that leads directly into a beach preserve. You won't find a more peaceful, beautiful stretch of beach and a community with this many amenities anywhere on the south coast of Florida.

Access to so much! You don't have to leave Ocean Village, but you can take advantage of so many things nearby. Marinas, the Mosquito Lagoon for kayaking and fishing, great restaurants, all without the overcrowded, over-commercialized vibe of other beach towns in Florida. If you don't mind the drive, you can even manage a day trip to Orlando's theme parks (1.75 hours) or the Kennedy Space Center (1.5 hours).
