Welcome to amazing Ocean Village, the premier resort in South Florida.

Ocean village is a gated community on South Hutchinson Island that features multiple pools, a signature 9 hole golf course, shuffleboard, and pickleball.

This unit features a dedicated private bedroom as well as a pull out couch with extra bed to accomodate a total of 4 guests.

Elevator takes you to a 3rd floor beautiful view of the 7th hole fairway and a peak a boo slight ocean view.

Brand new air conditioning will keep you cool on those hot days.

Private beach access is only a 3 minute walk.

Full restaurant and bar on site and a 5 minute walk away.

EXCELLENT bike riding throughout the entire property or just a place to walk safely as well.

Our clubhouse area pool is currently closed, however there are other pools on site that may be used until this construction is complete.

Hal Was an excellent host attended to all of our needs. The property is awesome. I definitely recommend Ocean Village. There is something for everyone to do.

Pretty View

The condo was quite nice, quiet & very clean. It had a nice view of the golf course & was a short walk to the ocean. We appreciated that Hal, the owner, was easy to reach with any questions we had. He even arranged for some sunshine which we appreciated before heading back to Michigan. Hope to visit again someday!

Renters should think about and/or ask some of following; Is Unit is Dated,, is Bathroom Clean, Has Bedding, ALL Of It, been washed, even bed spreads?? Do all appliances Function? Are All cooking utensils clean and Not outdated? Are windows and doors in good condition? how old is your condo, are floors hardwood or carpet, if carpet, how old?? And is bedding (bed spread, comforter,etc) cleaned after each rental, pets allowed, is there a balcony you can actually walk out onto? Just a few things to think about.....at Hutchinson Island Ocean Village........

I live in North Carolina but absolutely love Ocean Village and all of Hutchinson Island. There is so much to do there that when we get a chance to visit we run out of time WAY before running out of things to do. The local restaurants are amazing. We love the ocean, the golf course, pools, and many other local attractions.

Very centrally located but we feel very safe with a gated 24 hour security neighborhood. Never have to worry about our car either. Multiple pools and a Private beach access really makes this community perfect for us.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Very cozy, great golf course views and that little peak of the ocean....Also the fact that you can close off the bedroom 100% for privacy in case you have more than 2 folks staying and the sofa has a very nice pull out bed as well.
