Lots of places to walk to at any time of the day/night. Three blocks away from beautiful Fellsway Forest reservoir where you'll find trails for hiking and many natural water reservoirs. Rent a kayak to navigate on historical Mystic River. Lots of international restaurants are all within walking distance. Free parking on street right in front of the house. Only 15 (6 miles) min drive to downtown Boston. Ten-minute drive (3 miles) from Harvard Sq Cambridge and 5 min (1 mile) from Tufts University. A unique opportunity to enjoy Boston, Cambridge, and Somerville, while relaxing in a beautiful and safe family-friendly neighborhood with lots of nature around. Near to wonderful restaurants, Mystic River Parkway, 10 min drive to Logan Airport, and ENCORE Casino. Warranty you'll come back & recommend it.

Very cozy and comfortable rental, neighborhood was very nice and has plenty around it, great place to stay while traveling and enjoyed the stay, would recommend to anyone, hosts were also nice and very easy to communicate with.

We had a wonderful time at our apartment stay. The neighborhood was wonderful with a gorgeous park just a few minutes away and our host was so accommodating and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Overall really great!We were in town to visit Harvard & MIT (college tours with kids) and had trouble finding a place that was affordable for all of us. The apartment worked amazingly for us! We parked on the street for the time we were there (right outside the house) and had everything we needed (towels, extra pillows/blankets, fridge, etc).Another huge bonus is that the owner is amazingly fast when it comes to communicating. We had an issue with the outer door not locking properly and they responded to my message FAST and had someone look at it same day. We are hard pressed getting such a fast response even at a hotel where they have 24/7 staff.If we're ever in the area again, I'm 100% going to come here first before I'll check anywhere else.

Our second visit!

This is the second visit to this wonderful studio apartment on a quiet street in Medford. The first time we moved our child into Tufts. This most recent visit was for Parents & Family Weekend. On both occasions the space was ready for our visit. It was clean and cozy - everything we needed for a great visit. The location is close to High Street, so plenty of places to eat nearby. Tufts is a short drive away as well. Maria is so responsive. Any questions we had were answered right away! The check-in/check-out process couldn't be easier. This will be our go-to location for when we visit Medford. Thanks for a great visit, Maria! We'll be back.

Perfect Location for Salem and Boston

We had a wonderful time in Boston and this little studio apartment was the perfect launching pad for all our adventures. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe, and it was just a short walk to town for coffee or dinner (there are many restaurants to choose from). We spent a day in Salem (a 35 min uber ride away) and a day exploring Boston's North End, and squeezed in a short hike in the nearby forest in Medford. Directions and all communication from the owners was very timely and clear. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Neighborhood

The studio unit was very nice and in a quiet & cute area of Medford. The unit was very clean, quiet & had a private entrance and plenty of street parking that didn’t require a permit. The host Maria was very fast answering questions we had regarding parking on Fridays due to street cleaning day which Was no issue because there is a place to park on the driveway lawn.the unit was walking distance to Many restaurants. we particularly loved “for pizza” the pepperoni honey Drizzle pizza (in fact ate there 2 nights) my daughter who is dairy free said it was still delicious without the cheese!!!!! Definitely will be book again.thank u!!!

University Move-In

Traveled from CA to move my daughter to college in Cambridge. This was great place to stay for our home base as we shopped for furniture and apartment supplies for the “big move”. Quiet, pretty, easily accessible and safe neighborhood. Walking distance to natural park and to cute Medford downtown area (restaurants, bakery, coffee shop, groceries, gas all nearby). Easy check in and out. Well supplied, clean and comfy. studio. Good sized fridge, coffee pot, toaster/convection oven, teapot, hot plate, dishes etc. so able to cook and eat at “home” as needed. Very clean and comfortable. Easy on-street parking. Very close to everything Cambridge area has to offer (we had a car so easy in and out, not far from airport). Great communication. Will stay again for future visits.
