Private 1-bedroom top-floor apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood of Winthrop, just minutes from Logan Airport, Boston, public transportation, and local beaches.

This private apartment is clean, comfortable, and spacious, featuring a queen bedroom, private bathroom, air conditioning, WiFi, Smart TVs, free dedicated off-street parking, and a kitchenette with essentials for short or extended stays. Whether you’re visiting Boston, catching an early flight, attending an event, or enjoying the coastline, this apartment offers an excellent home base.

Winthrop is a unique seaside community surrounded by water and known for its small-town charm, beautiful beaches, waterfront walks, restaurants, coffee shops, and local businesses. Winthrop Beach is nearby, and historic Revere Beach, America’s first public beach, is just a short drive away.

The apartment is approximately 4 miles from Logan International Airport and about 4.5 miles from downtown Boston. Public bus service is available at the top of the street, and the MBTA Blue Line at Orient Heights provides quick access to Logan Airport, downtown Boston, and many Greater Boston attractions.

The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, blackout shade, ceiling fan, Smart TV, nightstands, and ample storage. The living area includes comfortable seating, Smart TV, table and chairs, and a relaxing space to unwind after a day of travel or sightseeing.

The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, dishes, glassware, and basic kitchen essentials.

Sweet top-floor apartment with a great view of the city in the distance! Host, Frank, was very communicative and helpful. Well-stocked kitchen. Great location - Winthrop is nice! Also close to Boston and close to Salem. Would definitely book here again when visiting the area again.

Frankie's place was exactly as advertised! Great little spot for a couple or solo traveler and great location, not far from downtown Boston. We loved the close proximity to the water and even the constant noise of the planes landing and taking off at Logan Airport. We would stay again for sure!

It’s definitely close to Boston and a fun little adventure and experience if you take public transportation. Typically the plane noise isn’t as dominant it is because they are doing some major work to one of the runways and the planes as of now are on different flight paths. Fabulous location, amazing host, lovely quaint hideaway lodging. Frank was great!!! Kept in contact, made sure everything we needed was readily available, sent us many local recommendations for food, sites and to-do adventures. Property was very quiet, clean and stocked with plenty of linens and kitchen gear. Best vacation we’ve ever been on. Thank you Frank for sharing your space. We WILL be back!!!

the description should have had the two flights of stairs - I have a bad leg and it was hard to bring my luggage up the stairs

For future guests, I'd like to clarify that the only concern raised in this review relates to the stairs. As the guest herself noted, she had difficulty with the stairs because of a bad leg. The apartment is clearly identified as a private top-floor apartment, and the listing description specifically states that it is accessed by a traditional New England staircase and is best suited for guests who are comfortable using stairs. My goal has always been complete transparency so guests know exactly what to expect before they book. I also take great pride in providing a clean, safe, comfortable apartment and responsive, attentive hosting from booking through checkout. This is a great value spot for the Boston and metro Boston market

What a gem of a space this is!! Very clean! Easy to find with great access to public transport by bus and train!!Spectacular host that provided perfect details regarding public transport from airport to space and also sent wonderful suggestions as to places to visit and to eat before we even arrived! We ate at three of the many suggested spaces...yum!Phenominal communication with host before and during our 5 night stay.
