Have your stay in Orlando in this lovely villa, specially thought and designed to give its guests the feeling of being at home away from home. Fully equipped with the nicest and most stylish furniture and decorations, stay in this villa comfortably, accommodating all your family and friends.
Spacious living room with X TV”, large and soft couches and armchairs, warm and cozy lighting, integrated into the open concept kitchen with a gourmet island for 4 people and attached dining room for 12 people. Gather the whole family for a popcorn session in the family room with X's TV or to play games at the entertainment tables. Two master suites with private baths and closets. Another 5 complete suites also have their own exclusive bathrooms. The most comfortable accommodation for up to 16 people, including children.
Residence located in one of the newest, most prestigious and well located condominiums in Kissimmee. Close to all Disney parks (approx. 10 miles) and easy fast access to supermarkets, pharmacies, outlets and shops and delicious restaurants.

We arrived to a clean and cold home. The host is easy to get ahold of and quick to respond to anything we needed. The home had everything we needed and as a family we all enjoyed our time spent here. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place for large families, close to everything!

This place was great for an active family!! There were 13 of us, 8 adults and 5 boys aged 4-11. The boys spent the majority of the time in the pool and hot tub. The living area was spacious and the bedrooms were nicely decorated and clean. The only thing we had to be careful of were the quick visits from the pool to the washroom. We had a few slips as the washroom was on the other side of the dining area. Overall it was a fantastic trip, the rental was beautiful and the owner was quick to respond to all of our questions!! Highly recommended.

Wonderful Time

The property was decorated beautifully and the location was ideal. I do feel that certain things could have been better such as more towels per room and washcloths were not provided. I’ve been in other rentals and more cleaning products were provided.. one pod for the dishwasher was not enough. Other than that we were impressed.

If I could give them a zero rating, I would. The layout of this home is beautiful, but please do not be fooled by these pictures like I was. This house has not been cleaned well in quite some time. We couldn't use the water or ice from the refrigerator because there was mold in the ice and water area and it was dirty on the inside. The upstairs master shower leaked down to the first floor master. We wouldn't have even noticed the mold in the ceiling if the floor wasn't wet. 3 lights were out in the 1st floor master bathroom. The bed linen wasn't changed in 4 rooms. The kid's room with the bunk beds was especially filthy. The bed had hair in it from a previous renter and the bed area and steps were dirty. The living room furniture (worn out) and dinning room rug has old smelly stains. I placed plastic bags on the chairs so we could sit on them. The steps were all dirty. They had old furniture piled up out back. There were so many issues, I'm sure I've missed something. We ended this nightmare of a stay with the internet, living room lights, and front and back outside lights going out the morning before we left. So, we spent the last 24 hrs with nothing. The host send someone out the fix the leak and clean 2 of the beds. She never sent anyone out to fix the internet or lighting outages and tried to over talk me when I complained.

First Look

The place is beautiful but after staying there for a week, I did notice a few things that need to be addressed. The bedroom furniture in the Mickey Mouse room needs to be replaced (the cross bars kept falling out) and the bathroom sink was clogged and slow draining. The other bedroom furniture (headboards) looked dirty and recommend cleaning. The one room was listed as two double beds but it was really bunk beds. Odor: the water smelled funny in the bathrooms. Step Hazard: Several of us tripped on the steps because of the metal edge. Pool: The one thing I didn’t like was the pool guy showing up without any notice. Also there was no mention in the description about an additional cost to heat the pool until I asked. The owner responded quickly to all my messages, and was accommodating when we thought we had to stayed longer.
