The space
Our fashionable studio apartment offers a adequate living area with a warm and welcoming aura.

The open plan living room has a sofa with a bed and smart TV with streaming services. It also has a fitted kitchen area where you can prepare delectable food to your heart's content. You'll find a variety of cookware and kitchenware available for your cooking needs. There's a coffee machine with a choice of pods available for your morning coffee.

The bedroom has very comfortable queen-size bed, with white linens, soft beddings, and pillows.

The bathrooms come with a walk in shower with a bench to sit on and a rainfall showerhead. It's also equipped with towels and toiletries.

Our guests will have access to a fitness center, two resort-inspired pools, rooftop pool with resort-style seating, and game and club room that opens up to pool plaza. This unit is not associated with the leasing office therefore you should direct all questions and concerns to your host. Please do not contact leasing office, neighbors, janitors, or any building staff. HOST IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE to guest via text, phone or in person !!

The area has a strict towing policy and we are not responsible for any towed cars.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay. For the protection of all parties, the booking party will also be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card prior to check in. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used for any other purpose.

Breaking any of the rental rules, the guest is liable for a $500 fine and termination of the reservation without any refund and will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

There is a $250 fee for any lost or damaged key fobs, parking decal and parking remote to open garage which is black laminated.

Guests that have extended stays which include 4 or more days, may inquire and request an in-stay cleaning which includes linen change, bathroom cleaning and kitchen wipe down and floors or re-stock request, if anything runs low. Please be mindful that in-stay cleaning is not a free service and is subject to the availability of the cleaner. You may call host to request one if needed.

Please note: $250 FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR ACCOUNT IF SMOKE RESIDUE IS DISCOVERED IN HOME

By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card prior to check in.

- I acknowledge that I may be required to undergo a background check upon arrival.

- I agree and understand that there is absolutely NO SMOKING in unit , on the premises or in common areas or any parties of any kind. If smoke residue is discovered in the unit I will be charged a $250 fine.

- I agree that there is a $250 fee if I lose or damaged the key fob, parking decal and parking remote to open garage which is black laminated.
