Very well appointed for short term or long term rental with pullout sofa. Full size kitchen with full size washer and dryer in unit. WIFI along with smart tv in living room with full size bathroom. Close to uptown with private alley access/parking. **NO PETS ALLOWED**

Great space for two and very close to downtown Charlotte. We were there for the Novant Health race and we were able to walk back to the apartment (VRBO) to shower and refresh before finding a breakfast/lunch place. Clean, relaxing, and very accomodating space feeling like home. Very, very, clean and welcoming space and neighborhood.

Such a beautiful clean space, it was perfect for what we needed during our short time in Charlotte. Everyone we encountered was so nice in this city! The host, John was no exception. Absolutely recommend this lovely rental.

This was a perfect stay for our quick two day trip. We were in town for a concert and it was very accommodating. It was super clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Safety is a big factor for us and I felt very safe in this location. John was very responsive and helpful. We hope to stay here again on our next visit to Charlotte.

My husband and I could not have chosen a better place to stay! John’s apartment is absolutely gorgeous! It was the perfect size for us. The space was very clean and the neighborhood is very quiet.John was very thoughtful to supply the apartment with all the essentials that you would need (body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, extra towels and wash cloths, etc)You will have to access the apartment via stairs, which didn’t bother us, but something to keep in mind if you’re minding your knees. We will not hesitate to book this unit again!

Wonderful apartment!

My boyfriend and I stayed just a short couple of nights, but we definitely loved staying here and would definitely book here again next time we are in town! We walked everywhere (maybe 30-45 min walk to downtown), and the place itself was super clean and comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood too!

Perfect hub to visit Charlotte

We stayed two nights, super private and cozy. Lovely amenities and decorations. We had all that we needed to make our stay special. Spot is close to local transportation and only 10 minutes from spectrum center!

Very new, clean, cozy but not cramped. The yard is beautiful. Host was immediately responsive when we had a question about the front door. Great location in charlotte, we walked back from downtown at midnight and were completely safe. Would stay again

Wonderful Stay

We came to Charlotte to visit our family. This spot was easy to get to, walkable to a number of spots and near the Lynx light rail line. It was the perfect base for us to see Charlotte!
