We loved our time here! Communication was excellent, property is clean and well cared for with lots of ‘extras’ (kids toys, movies, games, kitchen supplies). The neighbored is very friendly and clean as well. We would highly recommend this property! Everything is within very reasonable distance for tourism and trails as well. Only tiny downside was there was no grill, but we brought our camping one and made do!

The host was very responsive to any questions we had and the home was wonderful. The location was perfect for us to visit our kids and there is plenty of seating in the living room to visit. Quiet, convenient and comfortable location to visit family nearby

The house is very comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood, despite being near a very busy, fast-growing area (Bentonville- Rogers) with lots of traffic. The location is close to grocery stores and restaurants and the neighborhood has a nice walking trail around a lake. We enjoyed our stay very much.
