The host was very welcoming and the space was clean. We did have some difficulty with the beds, the mattresses should be replaced - none of us slept very well

Excellent location for our needs (close to Arlington ISD Natatorium). Property was very clean and very well equipped for a family stay of several days. Complete kitchen, ample and very nice towels in bathroom, everything worked.

Disappointed in Arlington

The first impression of the property was the trash lined street overrun with parked vehicles in varying degrees of disrepair. There was bottles, garbage and even someone's dirty underwear in the front yard which was littered with holes and unkept grass. Upon entering the property is was much smaller than expected. The first thing I noticed was that the chain lock on both doors has been cut and was unable to be used. There was a spot on the ceiling in the hallway which was obviously repaired and quite yellow looking. The bathroom was clean. The place only had one closet in the front bedroom. The vents were dusty and rusty. We did not even try to go out of the back door. The entire property could use some TLC. My husband cut our daily activities in order to be back at the property before dark. One of the rules of the house was to hold down the noise after 10 p.m. Obviously the neighbors did not get that memo. Yelling and screaming lasted well into the night. We heard/saw no less than 3-5 police cars with lights and sirens and 2 ambulances with lights late at night. Neither my husband nor myself felt safe. The rental fee was less than other properties we looked at but that came with the feeling of being unsafe. The host was responsive when I asked a question. I will not be staying here again

Had a little mis communication about check in code but I was able to communicate right away with the owner. Apartment was very clean and bed was comfortable. Great location near the stadium. Definitely recommend staying here!

Neat and clean

The neighbor was quiet, which was surprising because of multiple apartments. There was plenty of utensils, dishes and pots/pans. The air-conditioning was amazing and the beds were very comfortable.

Shriners baseball tournament weekend trip

Everything was great, very clean, and just the right size. Location was perfect for acces to Globe Life Ballpark. Neighborhood was a little sketchy as far being close to 360 highway and neighbors yards were rundown. We were only there for sleeping.

Cute and Comfy

It was a very nice apartment. It was extremely clean which we love because me and my mom are neat freaks when it comes to houses since she is a housekeeper! We used it just to sleep because we were out the entire day and the beds were super comfortable, the bathroom was super clean and i loved how she had floss, qtips, and even soap dispenser. Which is helpful for those who don’t bring their own. Also plenty of towels! Check in and check out was easy and the area was very nice. We hd no issues and honestly we felt close to everything we wanted to explore. There was also netflix available for my dad who loves watching movies. And we were 6 and we slept comfortably. Honestly would highly recommend and definitely affordable. You get more than what you pay for!

Super clean and well equipped!

This property was very nice on the inside. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy but we didn't have any issues. The owner provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped with everything. She even had free wine and water. That was very thoughtful of her. All the tvs had access to Netflix and other streaming apps. Overall it was a nice stay!
