Immerse yourself in a stunning piece of Lake Geneva history. Sleep like a Queen (or King) in this beautifully renovated Colonial Revival built in 1876. Nestled in a cozy neighborhood steps from Main Street, the Wisconsin Street Main House and Carriage house have been tastefully refurbished while preserving as much of the timeless and nostalgic charm as possible. Just steps away from popular wedding venue, Horticultural Hall! Walking distance from shopping, wining, dining, beaching and boat rentals. Perfect for weddings, family reunions and all special gatherings!

This is a unique opportunity to rent this historic property in its entirety- The main house offers five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two living areas and two kitchens! There is plenty of room to spread out for a group of up to fourteen. In the carriage house, you will find two levels in total consisting of two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Day beds in the entryway and king bedroom provide two additional sleeping spots for guests to allow for a total occupancy of six. Don't miss your chance to get the whole crew together and come stay in the heart of Lake Geneva!
*Please note, caretaker lives onsite in a separate unit.

Women’s Retreat

We’ve stayed here for three years in a row and the location is fabulous, the process of getting in and out of the property is seamless, and the accommodations are clean lovely!

Very nice property

Rented entire home and carriage house for friends birthday weekend. Was excellent location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Home had everything we needed and ample space for our group. Sufficient parking at residence. No complaints

Great spot to help us celebrate our friend! Management company was wonderful. They answered phone calls with questions upon arrival and sent out an employee to help us immediately. Great location and plenty of space throughout the entire property. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Thank you again.

Wonderful property!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. The location was perfect and within walking distance to the town of Lake Geneva, the lake and steps from a fantastic farmer’s market on Thursday mornings. The thing that stands out is their responsiveness. If we needed to reach out with a question, it was responded to almost immediately. We highly recommend this beautiful home!

Our family of 17 rented this property for a week. The location is amazing close to the beach, town and so many things we wanted to do. The beds were comfortable and we had enough space for all the family. It would be nice if the property had beach chairs and a beach umbrella. If you fly which some of us did you can’t bring those things with you. They did provide us with beach towels which was great. Overall the property was wonderful and we had a wonderful week. One suggestion would be to add some comfortable outdoor furniture so we could utilize the deck space. There is a great grill which we enjoyed. However the propane tank was empty so we purchased one. Thank you for a week of happy family memories.

I’d say the rooms being clean I did notice multiple times where their was hair and dirt.
