Brand new high-end 3 bedroom 3 bath designer home, elegantly decorated with incredible views and direct no-bridge Gulf access.

Come and make your lifetime memories in this elegantly appointed executive villa. Located near Matlacha, Sanibel, Fort Myers, and Naples.

Extra wide canal with only trees opposite, a salt water lagoon, and just off the spreader canal means incredible solitude and privacy in your elegant oasis retreat.

Welcome to Cape Coral Gold!

You will have this beautiful modern spacious open concept designer home to yourselves with 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 gorgeous bathrooms, one of the largest Lanais in the Cape with a picture window screen room, 90-degree fully opening slider, massive Outdoor Kitchen, Huge 12x33 heated and chilled Pool with deep end! All beds are memory foam for the ultimate nights’ sleep.

Designer kitchen with high end Cafe appliances, Williams Sonoma cookware and West Elm dinnerware to set that romantic, memorable evening.

Outdoor kitchen on the lanai includes a wine chiller, full grille and a separate set of dinnerware. Board games, cards and Jenga available for family bonding fun.

Garage includes an EV charging station. Boat dock includes a 10k pound boat lift. There are nearby rentals for stand up paddle boards, kayaks, bicycles, boats and jet skis, including home delivery options.

Cape Coral Gold is a gorgeous and immaculate home with top of the line furnishings and amenities. One of the nicest homes on the Cape!

Access is via front door with unique code provided for check in. 6 guests maximum. Renter must be 27 years of age or older. 2 cars allowed. EV charging station in the garage.

There is no baby/child gate around the pool, there is however an alarm on all lanai doors as required by state law. Guests with no children sometimes choose to silence the alarms, but know they are a Florida law.

Northwest Cape Coral is quiet and secluded while still being only 15 minutes from restaurants and shopping. It is still a developing area.

Water quality is excellent and is filtered through a whole house RO system and is the best tasting water on the Cape.
Children 13 and older welcome. Please note our home does not have any child-proofing on outlets and cabinets or a baby/child gate around the pool, there is however an alarm on all doors to the lanai as required by state law.

Great time

Had a great time at this Vrbo. Huge tv in main area. Kitchen was well supplied with knives, pots/pans, ect. for those who like to cook. Comfortable beds. Would definitely stay there again.

This property is everything that it appears to be and is absolutely gorgeous. Located on deep water canal with a view of sunsets and a huge pool I would recommend this location to everyone as it is convenient to so many activities.

The place, the location, the host, the pool, the view, any and everything was perfection! For once the listing and pictures match the reality!! You could not ask for not even an inch of anything wrong, it was pure heaven!! Will definitely be going back here again

Absolute Perfection

We have stayed in may homes during our travels. When it comes to Florida, this will be our spot. There is literally nothing that could be improved upon. The house is spacious, modern and has everything you could imagine and then some. The saltwater pool was an absolute hit of course. The lanai has all the room you could ever need and perfect for all your outdoor activities. Super quiet neighborhood. Decided to do some fishing on our last day off the dock and caught a baby bull shark. When we say it has everything, it truly does.

Great stay!

We have been coming to Cape Coral for the last 10 years and this was the nicest home we have stayed in. Angie was great and made sure we had everything we needed. Was in touch to see if we had everything we needed. The toothpaste, toothbrushes and mouth rinse was a lovely touch as was the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers. The house was clean and pictures on VRBO were exactly as the home was. This was a wonderful 2 weeks with our family. I highly recommend this beatiful home and Angie was a great host. Debbie & Anthony

Wonderful House

This house is as beautiful as the pictures show it to be. Large and super clean and just wonderfully tranquil. This house has everything in the kitchen! It's great!, The pool is great, and lot's of outdoor living area. Lot's of bird watching and fishing. Fun - would recommend this wonderful home to anyone and will be returning soon.

Cape Coral Gold is a gorgeous and immaculate home with top of the line furnishings and amenities. One of the nicest homes on the Cape, and Brand New.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Northwest Cape Coral is quiet and secluded while still being only 15 minutes from restaurants and shopping. It is still a developing area. As such, Comcast high speed internet is not yet available. Cape Coral Gold has the highest speed, most expensive satellite internet service available, which has a longer latency than Comcast (which will be installed as soon as it’s available). Zoom video calls and HD streaming both work fine, but online gaming and 4K streaming do not. WiFi is solid throughout the home including the Lanai using the latest Mesh technology. Additionally, we have a cell phone booster & repeater in the house aimed at the Verizon and AT&T towers to achieve cell service throughout the home. Water quality is excellent and is filtered through a whole house RO system and is the best tasting water on the Cape.
