We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The pool was refreshing after a day in the sun. We had a great stay. Both the host and the property manager were very responsive. The property is wonderfully located and walking distance to a great park. Lots of amenities as far as sporting equipment, bikes, pool toys, children toys, beach/pool towels, etc. we had a great stay and would recommend.

Spring Break

We had a fantastic stay. The house is beautiful, clean and great location. Being on the canal was perfect for fishing, sunsets and just relaxing.

Wonderful vacation home

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very well appointed. We enjoyed morning bike rides to the park around the block which was shaded. There are good grocery stores and restaurant options very near by.

Our group of 7 have a great time in this clean, modern luxury vacation home.

The property manager, who seemed available and responsive 24 hours a day, answered questions quickly and made renting this property very easy. Clear directions were given for easy check in and out. Our family would definitely come here again!

Wonderful staycation!

Loved this property! Probably one of the best equipped kitchens of any VRBO home we’ve stayed in. We really enjoyed the pool and lovely view. Communication through out the booking and up thru check in and check out was excellent. Christina provided lots of suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the area-which we really appreciated! Highly recommend this property, we will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Another awesome stay

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at Royal Palms villa. It is a beautiful home. Communication with Christina and the property management was quick and easy. The home is well stocked for cooking and dining. No hesitation to book this home again.

Beautiful home in a great location!

We had a wonderful stay! Christina and her team were fabulous. We had 3 adults and 5 teenage kids with us and it was perfect. The pool was great and being on the canal was fabulous! Easy to get to lots of places and it was great to be within walking distance of a park to play pickle ball and basketball for the kids (and adults too!). We had everything we needed and it was very comfortable. We hope to stay here again and highly recommend the Villa Royal Palms!

Lovely home

One of the nicest properties we have visited ,Very well presented with quality furnishings and decor. The pool was a big hit and also the ambiance of the canal. Perfect for a family with bikes,kids toys and beach chairs available. It is located on a beautiful palm tree lined street in a residential area and does require a car to go anywhere .

Spring break

We really enjoyed our spring break week here! Very quiet neighborhood, beautiful water view out back, and a nice house with lots of amenities. The pool is heated, which was perfect for Florida's March weather. The kitchen is really well stocked, and there is a grill outback, which made it really easy to cook great seafood meals at the house.

Great Stay-Highly recommend

The home was perfect for us. Great location, nice amenities. Pool was good size. You have an electric allowance so if you heat the pool you will go over that but it was very reasonable. Being on the canal was relaxing. We would definitely recommend staying here.
