Recently remodeled to offer contemporary sophisticated charm, located right at the base of the ski area, this stunning 4 bedroom / 4 bathroom penthouse condo has sweeping views of the ski trails and also the Ten Mile Range. Soak up the afternoon sun from two west facing balconies whilst you watch the snow fun below!
Enjoy the spacious condo which features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, 2 balconies, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and easy access to the ski slopes via the Peak 7 SuperChair and the Gondola. Remodeled in the 2023, with new kitchen, flooring, beds & bedding, furnishings, fittings and smart TVs.

* Please note: The Peak 7 area of our ski resort historically does not open for the winter season until MID December. Until then, we are one gondola stop away from the base of Peak 8, which is first to open. Our nightly rates are set accordingly.

Beautiful, recently updated apartment with comfortable amenities and everything we needed for an extended stay. The location can’t be beat—right next to the Peak 7 ski lifts, with easy access to the gondola and town shuttle. The property also has a fitness center, hot spas, and a shared pool table. We did experience an unforeseen appliance issue, but the manager, Amanda, was prompt and helpful in resolving it during our stay. We would happily stay at this property again.

Great vacation on the slopes!
This condo was perfect for our group of 8! Plenty of space for all of us to reconnect and eat after a day on the slopes. There were convenient indoor lockers for our skis and boards that were mere steps away from the lift for peak 7. We also enjoyed the hot tubs just outside the fitness room. The host was very welcoming and fixed a minor problem immediately. Definitely would rent again!

Had an absolutely amazing week in easily the nicest property I have ever used in Colorado that is ski in ski out. We had a wonderful time at this property with a group of 7 adults, a mix of skiers and snowboarders. It is so convenient to have the ski shop there in the lodge, along with easy access to lockers to store all the gear. You can walk right out of the locker room to a ski lift, or take the gondola to Peak 8 for ski school and other chair lifts. So easy!We cooked breakfast at the condo every morning. It has everything that you could possibly need in addition to plenty of seating for the whole gang. We used the big dining table to play games and spent evenings watching TV in front of the fire. Each bedroom is equipped with a humidifier which is essential, but such a nice touch. The towels and bedding are all very nice and everything was very clean.We had great meals at Aurum, Tin fold pizza and Eric's pizza, in addition to the pub that is located in Crystal Peak and Robbie's Tavern on Peak 8. Going out in Breckenridge is so easy; the shuttle picks you up and drops you off at the entrance to the lodge--couldn't be easier!Finally, the host Amanda is lovely to work with. She is very responsive, thoughtful and kind. We will be happy to rent her condo again!

Amazing property in perfect location
Our family loved our stay in this slope-side penthouse condo on Peak 7. Every amenity was perfect and the condo is tastefully appointed with premium furniture and decor.
The two ski lockers just steps from the lift made it so easy to come and go from the skiing. The view from this unit is spectacular and the host Amanda was absolutely perfect.

Beautiful property
The property is beautifully furnished. The building is easy to get in and out. Keep in mind that you only get one garage pass if contemplating bringing multiple vehicles. There is a paid parking garage nearby. The building has great amenities including a modestly outfitted gym. The steam room is excellent. The building location is perfect if you want to stay on the mountain and have quick and easy access to lifts. We would absolutely stay here again!

Fresh Powder Days at Breck
We have stayed at several rentals in the Breckenridge area over the years. This particular unit is by far the nicest and easiest we have ever experienced. The unit was immaculate and each of the 4 bedrooms had it's own bathroom. The kitchen is beautiful with all new appliances. Our living room and main bedroom overlook the lift on Peak 7. The restaurant on ground (Sevens) had great food and drinks. The weekend "rave" was a hoot...and never got out of hand. We enjoyed the people watching. We got 4-5" of new snow while there and the slopes were unmatched. Dress for wind...the lift lines are generally open. Stay here if you can.
