QUIET Private Midtown blocks UNMC Traveling Nurses minutes to ZOO

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home in a very quiet family neighborhood. It offers 2 bedrooms, both with queen size beds and light blocking curtains. A nice living room, family room with a 55 inch television, and a pull out twin bed, fully equipt kitchen, a full bathroom. The carpeted unfinished basement offers another family room with a sleeper sofa and front load washer and dryer.
Towels, sheets, blankets dishes, pots, pans, shampoo, soap, coffee, iron and ironing board are provided.

Outside has a fully fenced back yard. There is a patio, with patio furniture to enjoy the outdoors. Less than a block away is a large park and Hyvee Grocery store.

Our home is located near everything a few blocks from the University Medical Center and Clarkson Hospitals, a few minutes to the Univerisity of Nebraska, 5-10 minute drive to Creighton University, Bergan Mercgy and Childrens Hospitals, the Zoo, Charles Schwab ball field, Blackstone District, Baxter Arena, The Old Market, downtown and Aksarben.

My husband and I traveled to Omaha with our five children for a wedding and were so pleased with this home. We needed somewhere comfortable and safe for all of us and this place was perfect. The beds were comfortable, it was very family friendly (a high chair, pack & play, and lots of toys/games all provided for us), and all of the essentials were available (paper products, plenty of towels/linens, dishes/kitchen tools/cookware), etc.,). The host was very responsive and check in/check out was a breeze! The neighborhood was kept up well and we felt very safe. The only bummer was that the downstairs tv doesn’t work but it really wasn’t a big deal, we just had more family movie nights in the main living room upstairs. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

This was a great property. 12 minutes from the zoo. The property was great for small kids. It also had toys for them to play with which was real nice. Would stat here again.

This house is super cute and clean! The "bonus" room was so comfortable and a great place to relax. The neighborhood was quiet and Stephanie was very accommodating. It is just a few minutes from UNMC, which was perfect for us.

Zoo trip

My family and I stayed here to visit the Omaha zoo. The location was very convenient - close to the zoo and many other attractions, grocery stores and restaurants. House was clean and well stocked with towels and blankets as well as most kitchen accessories you would need - we could have used a strainer and scissors but otherwise it was great. We enjoyed our stay!

This property was on a nice, quiet street. The aspect of pulling into a house as opposed to a hotel to spend some relaxing down time was so nice! The interior of the house is super cute, spacious and it felt so welcoming. Sitting outside on the deck to have coffee was wonderful. We live in a small quiet town in South Dakota so we wondered how the noise level of the "City" would affect us. We never heard the traffic while in the house.

Meeting in The Middle

We are all extremely pleased with with our accommodations. We had plenty of room for all of us. Kids enjoyed just as much as adults. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was available. Very well stocked with towels and beds we found comfortable. We will stay here again if ever in area for extended time. Host was prompt no issues at all.

Perfect place

This property was just perfect. My husband and I stayed with our infant daughter. The hosts thought of everything we could ever need. The house was super clean and convenient to downtown and events we were attending on Offutt AFB. Almost wish we weren’t so busy so we could’ve enjoyed it more!

Wonderful stay in Omaha

The house has so much charm. It's super clean, pretty spacious and modern. The location is great, close to everything. 10min to the zoo. Grocery store down the street, walkable distance. The fenced backyard with a cute little play set for toddlers which my baby enjoyed. The neighborhood is quite and we felt very safe with small children. The pantry was well stocked, washer and dryer with laundry detergent. We have stayed at rental house in the past but this house from all aspects beats all the other places. The first morning after I grinded the coffee I realized no filter, texted the owner, within an hour she brought me a big pack of filters even though there is a pod coffee maker which is also wonderful. Next time we visit the family in Omaha we'll definitely stay here again.
