Guests of 5E will enjoy swimming in the immaculately maintained fresh water pool and relaxing in the hot tub. The pool deck is dotted by plenty of lounge chairs, tables and chairs and beds covered with sunshades. There are showers downstairs from the pool. Guests also have access to a tennis court, basketball court and a kids' area with a trampoline and playhouses in a grassy area.

Plus as guests of 5E, the rental management company, Your Cozumel Vacations, will be available to you before and throughout your stay to assist you with anything you need to make your stay more relaxing including arranging dive or snorkel trips, fishing trips, rental cars, massage, and more! Chef service and shopping service are available. Maid service is included. Palmar is a secure building with plenty of parking. Scooter rental and 24 hour convenience store are right outside the gate. It is conveniently located on the oceanfront road near restaurants like Tikila, Paprika, Ernesto's Fajitas and Sunset Bar.
