This is a great condo, well stocked in the kitchen and steps away from the beach. It is a nice quiet spot away from town. I rented a car so it was not a problem going to town when I wanted to. I would definitely stay here again on another trip.

Best place on the island

We always stay at residencias reef and will be back. Condo was clean and comfortable. Condo has Everything we need for our vacay. Highly recommend

March getaway

Excellent and very clean Condo, it was nice to walk out on to the grass over to the pool and beach area. Lots loungers everywhere. Good quality of cookware, since we like to cook ourselves half the time and the other half we take the rental car into town and around the island, plenty parking. We didn’t use the hot tube. Good communication with the staff. Would definitely book again.

Nice, safe place

Loved being able to walk out right to the pool to the beach, beautiful view comfortable bed had everything in to make our stay comfortable! Nice, hot shower, hot tub on the patio(chairs could’ve been a little bit more comfortable on the patio) it was a hassle trying to figure out how to resupply the water 5 L jug. I would suggest to buy on your way there, especially if you don’t have a car or you have to get a taxi to and from just to go pick up water.. Dona Chela is the best place to eat a block walk. They’re open from 630 to 2:30 Monday through Saturday.

Great getaway

This our second stay at this property and first in this unit. The unit was clean and well kept. The access to the beach and pool unbeatable. Having the unit cleaned while we were there was a bonus. Can’t recommend this place enough! Until next time.

Cozumel diving with Eldon

First time scuba diving with me and my son. Amazing experience. We are not all inclusive type tourists, so Residencias Reef was a good fit. Older residents, so very chill and relaxed.

Beautiful condo!

This place is gorgeous! (The pictures do not do it justice.) Clean, well equipped, comfortable bed, easy access to the beach & pool, nice patio with hammock & hot tub. It is away from the crowds of the city and quiet (with the exception of music in the afternoons & evenings from the resort next door.)We did not have a car, but took a 20 min taxi ride to & from town for 300 pesos each way for groceries & riding the ferry. We rented bikes & had them delivered to the condo to ride the bike path north to beautiful Sky Reef for snorkling, & south toward restaurants. Snorkling was also fun at the condo's beach (LOTS of fish under the pier & scattered around the marked off swimming area.)We also took a snorkling tour with Cozumel Snorkling Center that was amazing & reasonably priced. They picked us up at the pier & took us to Columbia Reef, Palancar, & El Cielo. (Know that you need a 10/person pass from the condo gatekeeper to use the pier.)The owner & manager were both helpful and quick to respond to questions. I highly recommend staying here.

Peaceful stay in Cozumel

This place was just what we were looking for. Peaceful and away from the crowds. We enjoyed the nice beach steps away from the condo and the two pools on property. The unit itself was nice enough and had everything that we wanted. Great AC as well. We booked this trip for scuba diving and our dive operator picked us up next door at the Secrets dock. Owner was very kind and extremely responsive. We will stay here again.

Gem in Cozumel

We loved our stay! Great location, beautiful beach. Condo was spacious, spotless and fully stocked. Fulvio was readily available to answer any questions we had. We had a car rental and went into old Cozumel for dinner most nights. Highly recommend and looking forward to coming f back.

Beautiful Place 5 Star

We had a wonderful time but be aware that even though the apartment is on the ground floor, you have to go up stairs and down stairs to get to the front door. The lovely back patio is level with the ground. It is a beautiful apartment with a great view of a gorgeous property. Definitely the prettiest beach in Cozumel with 2 beautiful pools and great security. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Rental

While vacationing on Cozumel, a drive around the island after snorkeling took us past Residencias Reef in it's building stages. The beautiful oceanfront setting drew us in, and the rest is history.
