River place is a 2 bed, 2 bath condo with a river view in the heart of Pigeon Forge. This charming condo provides an escape from the daily hustle & bustle, yet it's only a walk away from action in Pigeon Forge.  Upon your arrival, you'll enjoy a wide-open area to park and keyless entry to access the condo.

The condo sleeps 4 persons in 2 fully furnished bedrooms. The living room has a gas fireplace for your enjoyment. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, stove, as well as a washer/dryer unit and both a standard coffee maker and Keurig.

Guests staying in this condo will enjoy 2 full baths, one featuring a jacuzzi tub. Private balconies that overlook the beautiful Smoky Mountains, Little Pigeon River, and Community Pool.

The reservation person was misleading, and it was not at all what we were expecting. We did not even stay there. We rented another place and I spoke to him when we got there that we could not use it because it did not have a walk-in shower and I am handicapped. And that was told to him prior. And was refused a refund.

This was our first time to Tennessee. We were excited to find that the unit was only a half mile from the venue that we were attending for the week. It was just perfect for us. We have already recommended this unit for friends of ours for next year.

Great accommodation!

The apartment was clean and very well equipped. We didn't lack anything for cooking in the kitchen, pans and utensils were abundant. It has open floor plant concept, it feel spacious and fairly illuminated. What we liked the most is that is close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Extra bonus for us: we loved the runing little river on the back of the property, really relaxing spend time at the balcony and at the pool with that view!

We had a good relaxing stay. Condo is in a great location. Enjoyed just relaxing and taking our time doing things as we felt like it. Travis was very attentive to responding to emails with any questions we had would stay here again.

Good and quiet location. We felt safe.

Convenient location to everything we enjoy on mother and daughter shopping trips. We always do a show and dine at different restaurants to enjoy an array of good food. We love Pigeon Forge, TN

Great location

It was perfect for my sister and I. It wasn’t the cleanest place I’ve stayed but we loved the location. The proximity to everything was awesome. It could use some updates and the pillows were awful. I went and bought some pillows. And after that I slept good. We’d stay there again. Just wondering though, why do they have to empty the dumpsters so early in the mornings.

Wonderful stay

The stay was wonderful. Close enough to everything. The view was nice looking at the river. The only off putting thing for me was the full length mirrors on the walls inside the shower. Even with that we would definitely stay there again.

Great Stay!!

We planned on staying 3 nights, but had to cut it short due to a death in the family. I was extremely sad, this place is so adorable and decorated for the season. It was a little noisy, but that’s part of life. If we ever get back to this area we will definitely try and stay here again.

Perfectl thy

We went to Pigeon Forge for Rod Run. The condo was perfect! Very clean and close enough to walk to all kinds of shops and places to eat but back just enough from the main strip to not hear all the noise. We never had to move our car once we got there! The balcony overlooking the creek was just a little extra bonus.

Everything was excellent. Could have cleaned the condo a little better. Bathroom in master was dusty around baseboards back of door dirty, jets on tub were very dirty. Would not think of bathing in it.
