You will love Cozy Bear Condo! It is a 1 bedroom condo which sleeps 4 people. Spacious bedroom has a king size bed along with a jacuzzi tub. The bathroom has a newly remodeled shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for dining in. Flat screen tvs with cable in both the living room and the bedroom.
No pets are allowed due to owners severe allergies. No smoking inside condo (there is a designated smoking gazebo located next to the pool).
Cozy Bear is just off the main Parkway so you can walk to attractions. We think you will love Cozy Bear as much as we do! This is a ground floor unit.
We would love to have you be our guest in our condo!
Easy walking access to all that Pigeon Forge has to offer. The Island, Pirates Voyage, Comedy Barn, Paula Deens and many other poplular attractions are all within a 5-10 minute walk.
We look forward to having you as our guest!
NOTE: we do have a Ring doorbell which monitors the outside front door and parking lot only.

The condo was clean and the host was responsive. Location was just far enough back where it was quiet but close enough could walk to restaurants or attractions.

The TV in the bedroom did not work and according to the guest book, it has not worked in a bit. The place was clean. The bed was so hard we considered checking out after lying in it. I knew a refund would have been impossible so we just took ibuprofen each morning. The bottom sheet on the bed had little hard fabric pills on it that made it impossible to lie on without feeling like there were crumbs in the bed so we had to sleep on the top sheet and just cover with the blanket. We stayed 3 nights and 4 days and had 4 towels and 3 wash cloths total for the entire stay. We were unimpressed. The check in code given would not work and getting with the property manager was easy and we just used the “master code”.

Excellent location!

Property was clean and well maintained as well as the perfect size for my wife and I. Only one minor glitch- we had not yet received an access code by the time we arrived, although the property owner was very quick to respond. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

Great place close to everything

We had a great stay it was a nice and cozy condo close to everything. 1st time not staying in a cabin in over 15 years. We already booked this condo for March 2025!

convenient, comfy condo

booked condo for daughter and son-in-law, said the condo was conveniently located, welcoming, comfy bed. Appeared clean however, the bathroom trash was not emptied and pill on floor. Brought to owner attention prior to this review. Owner was kind to allow an hour early check-in however, there was no mention of an additional fee at the time when requested. AFTER requesting cleaning fee refund, was told that the early check-in fee was waived (?) Did not receive any refund. I would NOT recommend staying here only for the fact that I felt a little bit bamboozled by the owner. I know this is my word/facts against hers . . .

Pigeon Forge getaway

Great location & cozy!

What a great experience! Location was 10/10 and the condo was very cozy. I am extremely particular about cleanliness and this was the cleanest condo I've ever stayed in. I'm very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend! If I was to change anything, I'd say I wish it had a washer and dryer, but for just a few days it was no big deal.
